Panda Express

Arrived 45 minutes before closing and there was there was no fried rice, super greens or noodles. I understand they had just been hit with a big order. The manager had her kitchen cook up some super greens and string bean chicken for my order which was nice. Unfortunately the veggies were cooked too quickly and weren't completely warmed through. They tried but I was still a bit disappointed.

This location was so terrible we ended up throwing away over $30 worth of food. Some items under cooked while other items severely over cooked. Yuck!

I ordered online placed that order 30min in advanced giving it was lunch hour. I git there when I received my text saying food ready for pick up. Walk inside no order. They had no super greens and no orange chicken. Telling me I had to wait 5min. Ok no problem. I waited for the super greens than they ran out of orange chicken, which they had when I walked in. I checked because I was just going to just " Let's get 3 big plates for family dinner."Then the lady says 10more min for orange chicken. I have to get back to work. I requested a refund and it still took 30min to process a refund. I returned to work and got an email that my return was processed. The worker are slow and have no momentum to work. They talk and play and keep nothing ready this place is a joke. Avoid on lunch hour because my mom had to bring me lunch to work because they dropped the ball. Sad part is I work in the Plaza and eat their alot but no more they lost my business after this. The manager Shellia was absolutely no help. Not even offer a drink while I waited the 1st time. SMH AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Panda not so express. I love panda the food is usually great. Today I decided to get some at a different location and it’s horrible food all over the ground, I waited about 20 minutes for orange chicken. Extremely disappointed in this location they need to learn a thing or two about the Panda Express on rivers. Not only was it at 4:30 so not near lunch rush at all but it was also dead inside.

Got to be the stingiest panda express I have ever ordered from.
They completely fill your to go plate up with rice and noodles
Then , they put your meat on top. Very little meat at that.
Probably comes out to about a half of a scoop

They didn't have any food at the bar, and the little food they had was all dry up. I asked for orange chicken, and it took them 30 minutes.

We drove up to Charleston from a town in GA that has no Panda. My daughter is vegan and was looking forward to the Beyond Orange Chicken. When we arrived, they didn't have any. The guy at the counter called it out to the chef, asking him to make more, and the chef said, "Heard" Then he told us it would be 10-15 mins. We waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, we asked them how much longer. They told us they weren't making any and were "out". I asked to speak with a manager and they told me they didn't have one onsite. I called corporate, but they hung up before I could speak to anybody. Extremely poor service all the way around.

Update: We returned the following day in hopes of getting some of that Beyond Orange Chicken because, according to my daughter, it is to die for. We ordered it at the drive through. At first, the guy told us they were out, but he immediately told us they had it available but we'd have to wait for it to cook. He was very polite and we didn't wait long before they brought us a perfect plate of Beyond Orange Chicken.

Aster probably shouldn’t be working in any customer service job as he has zero interpersonal skills and yesterday it seemed he could barely hold himself up.
Anyway they didn’t even start out order until 45 minutes after submitting it online.

Food tasted weird and had no seasoning or flavor. The fried rice was bland and the lomein lacked flavor and was a little on the cold side. The customer service itself was good but they need to improve the quality of their food. They used to be one of the best spots to eat at one point in time.

We had chow mein, orange chicken, shrimp, fried rice. It was delicious. And flavorful. Even though it was a long line, but we didn’t wait that long . Stuff is very nice.

Glad it was near to our hotel… it was our comfort food during our stay. We had the meal 2-3 times and our fav was Black pepper & string bean chicken which seems to be always out of stock except at lunchtime.

Though we order below with fried rice (we always prefer rice)

The ambiance is good and cleaned up to some extent. If someone leaves the mess, no one is quickly coming to clean the table. I would blame their civic sense though

The staff is good, happy to help with your questions and an extra scoop of rice ?
The location is great as well, in the same complex as shopping outlets, Best Buy, Walmart, and other big stores.

Amazing management, staff needs to be more efficient and professional. Customer service first. Love the food, love the fortunate opportunity to dine with Panda.
