Ordered a pizza with a couple meats and spinach and it's covered in onions and olives instead, this sucks

Placed a carryout order for 12:15 PM. When we arrived, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. While waiting, we saw a boxed order in the back that clearly looked like ours. We were told it wasn’t. After 20 more minutes, we asked again — turns out it WAS our order the whole time. Almost 50 minutes late total.

Got to the car and realized all the extra sauces we paid for were missing. Went back in, had them check the receipt, got sauces — only to get home and find they were the WRONG sauces.

We also ordered Oreo Bites and received only FIVE, no icing cup, and the box looked like someone had already taken some. We even paid for extra icing, which was missing. The dessert looked awful and honestly unsanitary.

Late food, rude service, missing items (twice), and poor quality. We paid full price for sloppy service. Won’t be back.

Nothing ruins a family trip for a destination wedding like violent food poisoning!! Food was delivered so I have no idea what the state of the store/kitchen/ingredients looks like but the health department may need to make a visit! Posting here because there is no way to leave feedback in the App which is kinda ridiculous. This is the only thing we all had for dinner last night and it’s taken down our group of 7! Thanks Papa John’s!

I placed an online delivery order at 9:30am. Requested the delivery for 5:30pm same day. I never received information from the store about the status of my delivery. At 5:45, I tracked my order and delivery was estimated at 7:00pm. I called the store and they told me that no driver had arrived to pick up our order. It was ready and we were welcome to come and pick it up. I sent a colleague to pick it up but when he arrived they claimed no record of my order. I get on the phone with the same person I had just spoken to 15 minutes prior, gave him several names and numbers associated with my order, but he could not find it, until I told him I had just spoken to him on the phone. He then found the order. Offered a free order in the future and handed my colleague a 2-liter Mountain Dew. We were still charged a delivery fee and driver tip.

RJ was so amazing and helpful. When DoorDash messed up my order he took the time to make things right When he didn’t have to. I’m so grateful to him. If only all restaurants had a RJ in them the hospitality industry would be 1000% better! He’s definitely deserving of all the recognition.

I see folks whining about the service on here... do they have valet parking? No... but they always make my order to perfection... I've been back like 7 times and don't go anywhere else when I want pizza around here..

Great location two employees yelling and screaming at each other the cash you can barely hear the customer I order food October 11th I got there about 8:30 knowing my order was ready two employees are in the back yelling screaming at each other in front of customers unable to do their jobs little cashier girl was getting treated like crap by one of the employees corporate needs to watch their cameras more hire better crew only three people and they're really working oh that you were yelling and screaming at each other like Banshees

I ordered the same pizza I ordered once a week it always has a large area of crust with no toppings this time half of it didn't have sauce i never complain but I did . I called the manager and told him the problem in which he informed me he made that pizza and to hold on left me on hold 10 minutes then hung up and would not answer again i will never use that store on rivers Ave north charleston again and possibly papa John's this is no way to treat your regular customers
