Horrible delivery person!! Went to wrong address, then told me to get it, but I'm a disabled veteran with mobility issues.

The morning shift here is awesome but something is really off about night shift. 🥴I recently had an unfortunate experience during the night shift at your location. As a DoorDash driver, I rely on efficient service to ensure timely deliveries. When I arrived to pick up an order, the employee at the front counter seemed to have difficulty seeing and hearing clearly. Despite providing the customer's name, she mentioned a different name and declined my offer to show her my phone for verification.

After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes, she asked for the customer’s name again and finally requested to see my phone. It was then confirmed by her co-workers that the order had already been picked up. This miscommunication resulted in a significant waste of my time, as I could have been completing other deliveries.

While the employee did apologize after I called to express my concerns, it felt insincere and only prompted by my complaint. This experience highlighted a lack of professionalism and attentiveness, which is critical in customer service roles. Additionally, the behavior of the other employees, who were staring as if to intimidate (but they didn’t intimidate) , was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I believe that with proper training and a focus on customer service, these issues can be resolved. It is essential for employees to verify order details promptly and accurately to avoid such inconveniences. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that staff are better trained to handle such situations effectively in the future.

I ordered a thin crust supresm pizza.
I am a avid pizza lover pizzas are soft and very tasty.
Well when I got home to feed my awaiting guest, what apologies I had to make. The pizza doe was so thin and HARD it shaped when trying to separate the pieces (hard as a thin pirce of plywood)
I picked it (the whole pizza) up with one hand it did not eaven sag

WORST PIZZA I WAS EVER SURVAD

Unable to fulfill the order that was placed. Was not willing to fix it. Delivery driver did not speak English to even check order.Missing items and no refund of items.

Drivers are from a third party. They sent a minor to my door that did not speak English, but after using a translator, he and his mother (yelling from the car) claimed we didn't pay. Had to show them payment confirmation, and it magically showed up on their app. Sounds like a scam from the driver. Just be mindful.

There's ZERO REASON why you should be making my food without gloves. ZERO! If this isn't fixed, I'll call DHEC, have them pay a surprise visit, and close you down. Don't mess with me. FIX IT! That's disgusting. I had a whole long review, but I deleted it. TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES IMMEDIATELY!

I will never order from this place again. I placed an online order it says my bank card information was wrong so I doubled checked and everything was the same so I pushed order again. I then called the Dorchester, SC branch to see if my order came through because on my bank card I was charged 43.33 twice but online it says it won't go through and was still showing my order was not completed. They informed me that I would get my money back the next day but my issue is why was I out almost 87.00 if the order didn't go through to begin with? Why do I have to wait for my money to return back to my account when it should have never taken out. Rather it's processing or not if it didn't go through Papa Johns should have never took my money. So now I have no food and I'm out 87.00 till tomorrow if Papa John's even gives me my money back because I may have to go through the issue with my bank to get it back. I will never order online or from the restaurant ever again.

Placed a big order of 17 pizzas on their website the day before a company party. I said I needed by 5:45pm. They were fresh and ready at 5:40pm. Even offered to help me carry them to the car. A++++
