Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I usually order here often, but tonight was the last time. A customer ahead of me returned her pizza because it had hair in it. We watched the employee remake her pizza without wearing a hat, touching his hair, and then digging into the meat toppings. I immediately told the manager on duty, but all he did was tell the employee to put his hat on—no hand washing, no glove change.

Nasty as hell and extremely unsanitary. If this is how food is being prepared here, I will no longer order from this location.

This restaurant uses Doordash to deliver and it’s TERRIBLE! The dashers do not HAND DELIVER the food to your door as specified. They put your food ON THE GROUND (literally had a guy put my food on the walkway by my gate didn’t bother coming to the door) & this guy today left my food on the THE STEPS. THE STEPS!!!!!! If he took 1 more step he would’ve been at my door. LITERALLY! There is a rocking chair on my porch he could’ve left it on but noooo. I’m never ordering from Papa John’s while they’re using door dash! I’m done! These people have no respect for your food.

Have ordered from this location multiple times. Stopped coming to this location due to the fact that when I order on the app, I kept getting notifications that the food was ready for pick up and it wasn’t. I get there only to find out that they haven’t even put it in the oven and on one occasion hadn’t even prepared the food yet. They do not see a problem with this because after months of not ordering here, it’s still happening. Ordered my food and arrived 10 mins after getting notification that the food was ready and when I arrive it was not even in the oven yet again. Not a fan of the service and the fact that they are not truthful about prep lets me know that the app is being used to portray a business that is functioning properly and it is not.

Ordered cinnamon pull apart and they forgot to frost it. They sent out another one but it took another 45 mins to get here. They also barely put any toppings on the pizza. Ridiculously priced for the quality.

Wish I could give negative stars. Did they pull these cinnamon rolls out the trash and deliver them? The pizza was almost burnt too but definitely extra dry. I left a complaint on website someone without notice put more burnt cinnamon rolls on the porch at 9:30pm. My husband saw them this morning.

Make sure you guys wash your hands when coming in from smoke breaks, bathroom breaks, and after digging in / blowing your nose. Not a good sight to see when your making peoples food.

You sell me undercooked pizza when I requested well done because this has happened before and the response I get from “the manager “ is “ the pizza dough was doughy “ I waited a day to call because I was pissed and didn’t want to take it out on anyone there because at the end of the day it’s just a pizza but the smart remark isn’t necessary . The second two photos are my son’s pineapple pizza cooked fully ! I know the difference especially when I patronize yall often . Rude azzez his pizza also set on top the stove for two days . Y’all tell me which one has mold . And it’s always the night crew!

The morning shift here is awesome but something is really off about night shift. 🥴I recently had an unfortunate experience during the night shift at your location. As a DoorDash driver, I rely on efficient service to ensure timely deliveries. When I arrived to pick up an order, the employee at the front counter seemed to have difficulty seeing and hearing clearly. Despite providing the customer's name, she mentioned a different name and declined my offer to show her my phone for verification.

After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes, she asked for the customer’s name again and finally requested to see my phone. It was then confirmed by her co-workers that the order had already been picked up. This miscommunication resulted in a significant waste of my time, as I could have been completing other deliveries.

While the employee did apologize after I called to express my concerns, it felt insincere and only prompted by my complaint. This experience highlighted a lack of professionalism and attentiveness, which is critical in customer service roles. Additionally, the behavior of the other employees, who were staring as if to intimidate (but they didn’t intimidate) , was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I believe that with proper training and a focus on customer service, these issues can be resolved. It is essential for employees to verify order details promptly and accurately to avoid such inconveniences. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that staff are better trained to handle such situations effectively in the future.

I ordered a thin crust supresm pizza.
I am a avid pizza lover pizzas are soft and very tasty.
Well when I got home to feed my awaiting guest, what apologies I had to make. The pizza doe was so thin and HARD it shaped when trying to separate the pieces (hard as a thin pirce of plywood)
I picked it (the whole pizza) up with one hand it did not eaven sag

WORST PIZZA I WAS EVER SURVAD
AWFUL !!!
