Walked by here on Feb 6th and Major renovations underway
Their hours say Tuesday-Sunday 11am - 9pm. I arrived at 1:40pm (other customers too) and it was closed. Very unprofessional….
We stopped by after dinner for an ice cream after dinner! We had mint Oreo and lemon crunch and it was homemade and amazing! Your employee was so sweet and took the time to help explain what the options were! We will be back soon!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter was here and the man behind the counter was so helpful! Thank you again.

Not like it used to be. Unfriendly looking ppl, no samples, no congress the day I went, and no pretzels. Nothing amazing about this ice cream.

On 3 separate occasions we have tried to go to this ice cream shop and the store hours that are posted are not what are an actually operational. Today, specifically we double checked the hours before ever mentioning anything to our 3 year old. We show up the door says they open at 11am (now 12:30) and the doors were locked and a closed sign posted. The closed sign time to return said 12:45 so we figured we would wait as it was only 15 minutes. A young girl then walks out to tell us they won’t be opening until 1pm.
Long story short, I’m sure the ice cream is great if u can ever get inside to buy some if they are open. Won’t be depending on an ice cream treat post lunch/dinner again.

I hate leaving a subpar review but I just cannot justify anything above a 3 right now. I tried going here a few months ago with my son (toddler). They hardly had any flavors, and the ones they did have were random flavors (no basic flavors, which isn’t ideal for a toddler) We left without getting anything and figured it was an off day. Tried again today and at least this time there were flavors, however I still didn’t order. They didn’t have any cones and they apparently can’t do samples. I’ve honestly never been to an ice cream place that didn’t let you try it first to make sure that’s what you want. Since I wanted a cone and then couldn’t even guarantee I’d like the flavor, I chose to leave empty handed again. Additionally, the girl working seemed less than excited to be there. No greeting nothing she basically just stood at the counter staring at me. Between the last time and this it just isn’t a place I’ll be returning to.
Me and my family loved it I wish we lived closer to go more often but we was on vacation seeing family , service was great I’d definitely recommend going if you’ve never been
I love that the waffle cones are made fresh! Big scoops for a small price! My first visit and definitely won't be my last

Edit to add: this ice cream gave me SEVERE FOOD POISONING 12 hours after consuming it, which led to a severe dehydration and a trip to Urgent Care for an IV for fluids. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I emailed the shop the day after I was sick and they still have not followed up/responded. Avoid this place!!!!
Original post: It’s an insult to call this “ice cream.” No wonder they don’t do samples otherwise no one would actually buy it. The texture and taste are way off. The flavor is severely lacking, the Blueberry Cheesecake has a few frozen blueberries but not a hint of cheesecake. It was honestly gross. The atmosphere of this place is also severely lacking, it’s a super creepy feel inside with the weird minimal lighting and bareness. The dudes working look miserable and aren’t friendly. Worst ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. Trust the reviews and skip it.

I met Mo during our trip to Myrtle Beach and we talked football and got to talking more and he told me about his creamery in Charleston, which conveniently happened to be our next stop. Homemade flavorful ice cream in a fun strip of Charleston and the service is top notch. Thankful to have met Mo on our trip!

The lady was nice but it was kind of dirty in there and as soon as I ate it, I got pretty sick and have been sick for a day and a half. Maybe bad milk? I don’t know, but I wouldn’t trust it.
