Take your service off of the delivery apps. We have ordered from you 4 times now over the past 2 weeks with Postmates and you confirm the order then cancel it almost an hour later. If you can’t deliver then don’t offer the service.

We ordered spring rolls and it had raw meat in it. They gave us new ones, but then we lost our appetite. Portion for pho was big, but I didn't try it so I can't tell if it was good. The people in our group that tried said it was only ok. I had their duck soup and it smells of the duck smell so it wasn't that great. The place is in a supermarket so I am not sure if the ingredients they use for the dishes are old and left over from the grocery store. It has limited seatings but people eat and leave quickly that the wait won't be that bad. I saw the cook spit into the trash can while in the kitchen with food all around him. It was after we paid so for sure we aren't coming back for the food.

Located inside the H&L, this is a hidden gem that serves some of the bets pho and fried rice around. Don't be put off by the surrounding area or the store itself, it can be a little intimidating. The service is awesome and the food is out of this world. You can get take out, and they also will do a whole roast duck if you call and order it ahead. We had a wonderful experience here today. The service was fast and friendly, and the pho was outstanding! It’s also fun to shop in the grocery after you eat!
