Pho 79 Charleston

This was our family's first time having Pho, and it didn't disappoint. Pho 79 Charleston is a little hidden gem that made me a lover of Pho for life. Everything was fresh, and from the other patrons that were there, it was authentic. We had the beef and meatball pho, house fried rice with choice of two proteins we chose chicken and shrimp. Spicy beef and pork pho and the Pho Thai. Fresh shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and Fried Spring Rolls with sweet chili sauce.The Pho includes: thia basil, sprouts, cilantro, and sliced jalapeños the homemade roasted garlic and chili oil that's served tableside. Every dish was absolutely delicious.

some of the BEST pho in south carolina!! it’s run by a husband and wife. the wife is absolutely the sweetest woman around. the food was delicious. pho broth had such a nice, rich umami flavor. the vermicelli bowl was loaded with protein and vegetables, so good so fresh. very authentic viet food. thai teas were good too! 10/10 would recommend ❤️🤤

The food was phenomenal. Truth be told, we went in on accident as we were trying to find a different one. However, the food and service was amazing. It was so good my nose started to water. So we basically forgot about the other restaurant immediately. 10/10 would visit again.

Delicious pho and friendly service! The soup is a bit too sweet to me but that's just personal opinion, overall it's very flavorful and satisfying! The place is small so it get crowded fast.

Love coming back for my vietnamese fix. Always welcoming and food is made with heart. Expect it to pick up and be busy, but they do their best for your experience.

This is a GREAT place to get Pho and other Vietnamese food.
It is in a bit of a tough area near the Piggly Wiggly in North Charleston/Goose Creek but they are clean, professional and friendly.
The Pho broth is brilliant!
Very good variety on the menu and everything we had was delicious.
Staff was attentive and helpful.
Great pricing and good portion size.
Make it a point to check them out.
