I have been their customer for a while until tonight. The order was placed online. When I arrived, one of the pizzas was burnt and gave me the wrong items. Asked if the items can be remade and they rudely answer me it can. Then the cook on the back was berating me because of their errors. They took too long to fix their mistake and still treated me like garbage. I asked for a refund and they provided me with a lot of excuses. They remade the items but no so sure about their quality.

That front end person was extremely rude to me and bunch of customers. Their manager is useless and does not know how to act as one. One of their cooks was rude as hell and does not take responsibility for their mistakes.

That store needs to be refresh with a new crew. I worked in this and other industries, I get the pressure but that does not give the right to berate and treat their customer like garbage.

My recommendation, find another Pizza Hut, stay away from this one. Or even better, support local pizza places!

This location was good once but the past few times something changed.

I waited nearly 45 minutes past the estimated ready time. (I realize its an estimate) but the guy behind the counter didn't let me or anyone else know what was going on. Not even a hello. He was rude to me once I finally asked him for an update.

I understand they're probably busy. If the food turns out OK, I can live with that. The bread sticks I ordered weren't cut and the pizza didn't have extra cheese. I don't usually
complain at all, but this was nonsense.

Delivery driver charged us $56 for order that $44 and still made out even more by collecting $60 saying she had no change!!

Made an order. It was supposedly delivered by a Doordash employee but we never received it . I don't recommend making an order online. Each time we called the location directly and apparently the store manager wasn't available for some time. I'll stick with Little Ceasars for now on . Pizza Hut can go and pound sand !

You cannot get ANYONE to answer their phone !! Order took forever , it was wrong when it arrived.. missing items, made wrong. They must be so bad that they know it and just don’t answer their phone.

Will never order from here again. I was missing part of my order, the store never would answer the phone so go on the chat and they wanted to offer me Free 8 count boneless wings to replace missing an entire traditional wing order and two double orders of breadsticks. Like sure that makes sense. I denied this, so they said they would escalate. It's been two weeks and one email (from me) and still have heard nothing. Pizza Hut is the WORST! At least when I have issues with your competitors, they remedy it immediately, maybe you should take note.

and constantly updates on order and time left also has a smiling face which was inviting
