Everyone ! Don’t do any online order here !! Your card information should be hidden online, BUT NO, NOT HERE !! Your card info appears a second time on that little card terminal. At this point ANYONE could just punch in ANY tip amount. You might already walk to your car, but your card will get charged a second time with ANY tip amount. They URGENTLY have to fix that problem with their merchant provider. But who knows if they will ever do that. Until then, better don’t order online !! Thank me later. ;-)

I placed an online order tonight at 8:20 I was given a 9:00 delivery time, then they started sending messages that the order would be delivered with DoorDash, first if I wanted DoorDash I would have ordered with them but that’s beside the point. At 9:30 I received a messaged that my pizza was delivered. It was not. I’ve yet to receive this order. I’ve tried to call the store, I keep getting routed to a call center, I tried to contact the DoorDash contact number and the lady keeps hanging up on me and then finally answered and said “it was delivered to someone else so this is going to come out of my pocket” I don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️ I literally just want my food, or my money back at this point. Once again, this is ridiculous.

I’ve been eating pizza here for about 20 years. Almost every time I do, they either completely do not send the pizza out or they get the pizza order wrong absolutely abysmal customer service.

We’ve carried out pizza orders 5 times in the past few months from here, it’s been so so good! The white haired gentleman working counter and ovens every time we’ve ordered has made pizzas and breadsticks that look picture perfect, like from the commercials. The one time our order had a mistake, he gifted us the extra cheesesticks. Portions are 10/10, cooked perfectly, ready quickly, and employees are friendly.

An employee wouldn’t let me get my door dash orders said I had to have a bag refused to give it to me so I had to call doordash support and he lied to the lady don’t go here they’re rude and not sanitary either

When Karrie took our order, she said that our pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, it was wrong. We asked for a refund that took another 10 minutes. So we asked for the manager, which was another waste of time. Karrie was VERY rude, never apologized, and could care less.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but the service tonight was just out right horrible. I came to pick up my order and the cashier checked my food following my receipt to confirm everything was correct. He in fact did not read it correctly and they gave me cinnamon sticks instead of cheese sticks. Called spoke with management told me 15 minutes for another to come and pick up had no issues. I get there and it’s” not ready” so I sit and wait another 10 minutes go by and I’m finally addressed again and the cashier then pulls out a box that has been sitting in the case since I walked in and I know it has because I saw it get put in the warming case when I approached the counter. Staff has no care in the world and he was more worried about going home because his girlfriend was sitting at the register waiting on him do better!
