When I order my food online when I got there the cook had no gloves on making people food that was disgusting bc he was cleaning and stocking in process of making food with no gloves on at all use gloves next time when dealing with food

My family and I order from this location all the time and have never had any complaints. Yesterday broke the mold because I don't know what was going on last night but our food was not good. Ordered the ultimate bundle came with two medium pizzas, breadsticks, boneless wings. For one did not receive boneless wings, for two did not get sauces for breadsticks, for three one of the pizzas had bacon pieces that were all fatty and not cooked, and for four called to express this concern and got no apology at all just do you want us to resend the food. I just said issue some credits to my account which they did but a sencere concerned apology would have also been nice. What is happening with basic customer service?? Maybe last night was a bad night so I will chop it up to that and not give up on this location just yet but still do better.

Not good pizza.

The WORSE pizza!! I ordered two medium pizzas (one sausage and one pepperoni). Both pizzas instantly fell apart once you picked up a barely cut sliced due to the excessive amount of grease/oil. The pepperoni was so soggy and literally had about 10 pepperoni slices on it- I asked for a redo and more oven time. It still wasn't what you would expect. The overall taste was...idk! I never had a pizza disappoint me this bad. Avoid this location!!

Watched an employee outside the store take trash upon trash from their nasty car and just tossed it out into the parking lot like it was nothing. I can only imagine what he does with peoples food if he’s gonna be like that. Not to mention all the garbage outside no one seemed to care about before that…or the fact that there was a garbage can not 10 feet away. Hope they get fined and fired someday for this nastiness.

All of my order was not delivered and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone to rectify to issue. Called store 10+ times and placed on hold for over 10 minutes on most calls still to not have anyone come to the line to fix the issue. I paid for items I never received.

One star because that was the lowest available. DO NOT waste your time or money here. On pickup was 25 minutes late then breadsticks was an uncut chuck of mystery dough that didn't even look like breadsticks. So, if you read this and still go... it's on you. I did my part and warned ya.
