I only wish there was more seating space since they're usually packed for lunch!Vegetarian options: They allow you to build a bowl without protein and a whole lot of veggies without charging you for protein. Tofu is also an option.Dietary restrictions: Work station is kept clean without any concerns about cross contamination. Most items are gluten free or clearly labeled as to their ingredients or what they are.

Great fresh food! Staff was helping in making menu choices. It's an order at the counter and sit down kinda place, not a sit down and be served restaurant, but don't let that steer you away, the food is GREAT!!

I have not even tried the food yet. I am immediately writing this review because Lou (I am not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly) was such a pleasure to be around. He did an excellent job with a great attitude making our bowls. He was patient and friendly with a big smile on his face and a very cool personality. Just spending a few minutes around him brightened my day! :)
