Had to wait for service, waited over 30 minutes. It's been my experience that the person on site gets served first. When I got my food the chicken was so dry and hard I couldn't eat most of it!
We've been here a couple of times recently and both times we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Not just polite like Chick-fil-A, but actually friendly - engaging in conversations with the customers, smiling, checking whether they they could get us anything else a little while after our food came out, etc. Great experience! EXCEPT for that infernal beeping from the oven alarm that they cannot turn off or stop early. It went off several times during our supper....
