Horrible customer service.Literally waited 10 minutes to be serve, ended up leaving….
3 employees walk by and not one of them came to ask what I needed…..( Rediculous)!!

Never buying anything here again !!! I went there last night for a Family meals 12pcs spicy to go!!!! I dont normally giving reviews but this is Disgusting the chicken not even cooked all the way!!! Imagine eating that and you could get sick!!!it completely unacceptable!!!i never had popeyes chicken still red and bloody like that ever!!!!

Awesome food! Don't be in a huge hurry! The staff is great and the food is fresh! Worth waiting a few extra minutes for!

you advise a special but you can only get the special if you order online or the app. this leaves out a large number of older people myself included that do not have the app and can not order online. if you have special you should honor it for all even the walk ins. my husband paid $50 which if you had given us the same deal would have been about $25-30. i am less likely to go eat there due to this policy. it is a very unfair thing to charge higher fees to a certain groups of people. not everyone likes having apps or has a computer.

The customer service wasn’t pleasant.
Food wasn’t fresh, they forgot the biscuits off my order.
It’s ALWAYS a long wait with an unpleasant experience
No receipt was given called back to talk to the duty mgr and she don’t have no customer service experience she seem to be just there smh 🤦🏾‍♀️
For the amount of money spent, great customer service should be rendered

It's like they take pride in being the worst. Prepare to wait at least 45 min no matter what you order and expect at least 1 thing to be wrong.

This establishment has disappointed me many times. I thought .. let me give them another chance.. third times a charm..but no! I’ve ordered from this Popeyes THREE TIMES!! and every single time they didn’t put any dipping sauce with my order! I paid for that sauce add on too ! How can someone pack 3 boxes of tenders in a bag and doesn’t think of SAUCE?? 3 times!!

Came inside (12/13/24) the manger gaves a dirty side eye and produced to ignore us. For about 3 mins. Finally asking for our order. When we got the order the food was not hot. Order spicy 4 pc chicken and it was not spicy the chicken sat to long under the warmer, other orders were wrong as well. They forgot other items also. To top it off the manger was yelling at her staff. Will not be returning to this popeyes or any popeyes in summerville.

Maleeka was running everything. I did have to wait a little but she kept everything moving and with a pleasant attitude
