3 mini birria tacos (meat, cheese, onion, cilantro), and 2 birria eggrolls (meat, rice, cheese). Eggrolls are pre made so no modifications allowed.

Braised beef, cheese, onion, cilantro.
2. Birria Deluxe
2 birria tacos, 1 mini quesadilla, 1 small burrito and a street corn.
5 Wings and 2 Birria Combo
5 wings and 2 birria tacos with onion and cilantro. Comes with consome. Choose hot, lemon pepper or mixed (type in special request box).
4. Mexi-Burger
2 patties, 1 bacon-wrapped jalapeno, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo, comes with fries.

3 steak tacos topped with shrimp, pico and sour cream, comes with fries.

2 shrimp tacos and 1 fish taco topped with pico, comes with street corn

My fiancé and I were visiting from Conway SC and saw the reviews online for this food truck and immediately headed that way to try it out. We both ordered the special with 3 mini birria tacos and 2 birria egg rolls. I got a side of ranch rub wings and we both got 1 Mexican street corn (Elote). Let me tell you what, hands down the best freaking Mexican food truck I’ve ever been to and believe me as a native New Yorker I know good food. The street corn had us debating going back...

They easily have the best birria tacos I ever had and the next best isn’t even close.

For the longest time I would have birria tacos and it would good but it would almost seem like it was lacking some flavor, maybe salt, until I bit into the birria taco for Poseidon Playground. That was when I realized that this is how a birria taco should be made.

I was definitely left full and pleased when I was done with all 3. This is a new go to place...
