I don't know how this place stays in business. I've tried to go here three times and they never have any pretzels.

Awful food, no ice for drinks (and was not told before I paid,) when I questioned regarding my pretzel and hot drink the woman behind the counter was rude and just stared at me. Do not go here. Save you $10 for a bad pretzel, hot drink and poor service.

Don't have full menu or a reason why they won't make pretzels. Getting charged a random convenience fee, idk if it's who's working their or policies but it's just sad..I won't be getting anything from their anymore.

NEVER HAVE PRETZELS.they’re too lazy to make any pretzels, their employees are Sorry!Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time; walking & gas.They call themselves a pretzel store, but literally NEVER have any, and their lazy employees will look you in the face and say “we don’t have any pretzels” instead of “we need about 30 minutes to make some” they literally don’t want to work, and would rather be lazy.Go to Sam’s club, literally up the road. You can get soft pretzels for $1 & they are good!

These guys deserve 1 all around 10 star best customer service ??. They had everything all options to choose from. Was my first time coming in and will be coming back. Unfortunately there's two other pretzel places are not good customer service. Hope Pretzelmaker continually be the best in town and put those so call pretzel places out of business.

No more pretzels and it’s 5pm on a Saturday, makes no sense. Girl at the counter won’t even look up from her phone, sucks that this mall doesn’t have a single good place to eat.

This place is linked with Great American Cookies and oh my this was the worst trip ever! None of the pretzel’s on the menu was cooked. I certainly believe it’s because the employees don’t want to make the effort to do their job. Plus one worker in particular, she was very rude. I was standing there talking to her and it’s as if I was a ghost. Just when I was about to walk out though somebody came in. Guess what happened. Instantaneous service and not only that finally I was being attended. It shouldn’t take a crowd of people for them to do their job.

They weren’t open when they should have been. It aid open online, I get there in the middle of the day and it’s closed

Please for the love of God, clean out the lemonade machine. I was here last month and ordered a lemonade for my pretzels and it tasted like mold. Figured they were having a bad day, so I tried it again this afternoon. Lemonade tasted exactly the same.. absolutely disgusting. I just wanted good lemonade ?

Worst pretzelmaker I've ever gone to. Went on 2/16/21 and the girl that waited on me was very rude. I ordered cheese pretzel bites and two regular pretzels. She told me it would be 15 to 20 mins I said that's fine I will go shop and come back and pick them up. I came back and picked them up and headed home. When I got home I had 8 cheese bites that looked like marbles and they were not cooked. You could see the raw dough in them what a waste of money. If you keep operating this way you are going out of business. I'm never going back and I'm telling everyone I know about my experience and not to go.
