When you first walk in,no kind of greetings they look at you like they don't want to work,barely can understand their language....menu shows different what they are saying....order the Fried Oyster.. nothing to rave about...no seasoning..bland..and the nasty whimping no tasting supposedly Cajun Fries 🍟....and none wasn't hot ..omg....waste of money....$17..first and last time 🤢

This was our first time trying this place. Overall the place was amazing. Very clean, staff was friendly, food was fresh and very flavorful. Service started off a little slow but she (Heather) apologized for the inconvenience and was great afterwards. The general manager was in-house which was very nice to see especially since it was night time and that's something rarely seen at restaurants at night. He was very pleasant and answered our questions. My family and I will visit again. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

My boyfriend and I came into Red Crab Juicy Seafood well over an hour before closing and ended up spending over $200. This isn’t a cheap fast-food stop. We also tipped the bartender over 25%.
At 10:01 PM literally one minute past the posted closing time online a girl at the front loudly said, “Damn can y’all get going,” clearly directed at us, as we were the only two guests left. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing.

When we asked the bartender if she was talking about us, he responded, “I wasn’t gonna kick y’all out like that but…” which honestly made it worse. We both work in food and beverage, and that’s not how you treat guests especially ones who came in early, spent a lot, and tipped well.

We completely understand closing duties and wanting to go home we live that life too but there’s a respectful, professional way to handle it. Rushing paying customers out with attitude right after closing time leaves a bad final impression, which is disappointing because the experience up until that moment had been fine.

We didn’t overstay by 30+ minutes, we weren’t rude, and we weren’t lingering over water. We were finishing up a meal we paid a lot for.

Hospitality matters most at the end of the night, not just the beginning.

Tai is the absolute best. Service and food is absolutely amazing. Tai deserves all the money. Yall make sure thats who you ask for as a server. Your drink stays full and you leave full. Great place.

Went there lastnight but we packed!! Wait time was ok but the service was definitely slow! Food was rushed flavorless and overcooked greatly! I come here often and this is the 1st time I e experienced this lack of service food prep and taste!

WOW what can I say, the food was DELICIOUS 😋! Our waitress Nia was absolutely FABULOUS 👌 my husband and I loved our 1st experience here soo much we are coming back in 2 nights just to request Nia. Hands down this place is WONDERFUL.

The food here was delicious.
We all ordered different items and sampled each other's plates and all of the seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The oysters and scallops and the fish were so fresh that you could still taste the sea salt in them. Like they were freshly caught right before they cooked it.

I usually pop up at the bar and have one of their delicious drink specials along with my seafood bag. It's been fantastic every time 👍🏽💯🥂
