I ordered the Gravy & Biscuits Combo. The eggs and breakfast potatoes were great! Not really impressed with the Gravy & Biscuits.

This place was alright. The syrup had water in it but other than that, not too bad. Pancakes were great as were the diced potatoes, grits and omelet. Chicken was just a frozen chicken patty that had been fried and topped with peppercorn gravy. Not bad but def had those strips of tendon in the chicken that is unpleasant to eat. Worth checking out if you're in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.

Such an amazing little gem. Try the sweet cream crepes. I am also obsessed with their breakfast potatoes.

My husband and I went here for the first time after passing it for several years. We will be back! Husband got the chilaquilles with eggs and I got a more traditional pancake combo. All was so good! Husband said his life is now changed with such a good breakfast. The pancakes were soooo thick and fluffy and yummy, better than IHOP.

We moved to SC about 6 months ago. Have been actively looking for a nice sit down restaurant. We have finally found it in Rise & Shine. Delicious food at an affordable price with great service. Margaret was a terrific waitress. The Bacon & Cheese Omelette was made to perfection with loads of bacon and the eggs to order (scrambled eggs) with the Biscuits & Gravy were done perfectly as well. Even the side of potatoes and pancakes were amazing. Coffee was nice and hot and refilled when needed. Generous size servings so had extra to take home. We'll definitely be back. Went this morning for brunch. The server seemed annoyed. Mimosas weren’t bad, the food was a different story. I got the veggie omelette and pancakes. The omelette was water and bland. The pancakes were bland. I sent the omelette back, couldn’t finish the pancakes, so dry. My friend got French toast and chicken. The French toast was dry, just cinnamon bread. The chicken was the frozen patties we all ate in college. Cheap made foods will not be going back. To top the experience off, the server unknowingly brought a roach back to the table on the debit card plate. The host grabbed it, didn’t even seem surprised!

Came to this place because of the lengthy wait time at other restaurants. I would rather wait the hour or eat cereal at home

Gross. Slow. Slow service, steak and eggs, steak gross fatty and inedible. So tough you could not cut it. Waffle was a soggy mess. Never again.
