I’ve been to the store a few times before and had amazing service particularly by a certain young lady named Chantal, no complaints. She is wonderful, but a few days ago I went in and a woman I think her name was lis or Lisa not sure, don’t care. She was short with me, rude and didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in AND handled something without gloves. I wouldn’t come back in the store if I saw her in.
Great place for candy and fudge without having to go all the way downtown. Everything is there from variety to cleanliness. A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for. Good addition to the area.
High priced but yummy
Bad service. Rude and unprofessional. Not worth visiting. Not coming back.

Donnell was so much fun, singing and dancing with the customers and involving everyone! Just loved him as did the other customers in the shop.

Lesa, was great today! In fact every time I plan on shopping at Tanger Charleston. I always stop in and she always makes my shopping decisions better. Great customer service.
We are so glad, that we stopped at River City Sweets. The selection of treats was amazing. And we can’t thank Chantel , enough for her kindness. My disabled sister, took a while to choose what she wanted. But Chantel was very patient and kind.
Visited this store 3 times in10 days and everyone was wonderful and the pralines, peanut brittle and divinity were so good.
Donnell was a pleasure to work with and we even danced a little to the music in the store. Will definitely be back when I’m back in town
