Royal Cup Coffee and Tea

Disappointment in my purchase of Royal Cup Signature Rainforest Bold 30% in bags. Very noticeable acidic taste. And weak. This is not a "dark/bold" coffee. I bought it after tasting the same coffee in "K cups" when we stayed at a hotel in Virginia (pictured below), but what Royal Cup shipped me is NOT the same flavor. I tried the bagged version because I couldn't find the "K cups" anywhere. Too bad. I've never found anything that tastes better than Seattle's Best No. 5. Thought I'd give Royal a try but I won't be ordering from them again. It's gonna take a while to get through 40 more bags of acidic-tasting coffee.

They dont handle business deals well and let employees go when they get in financial crisis leaving FAMILIES without income, WITHOUT WARNING.

I discovered Royal Cup Coffee back in 1996. I've drunk many cases of their coffee and tea since then, my favorite being Sumatra coffee and their tea leaf blend.They do blend coffee for restaurants like Waffle House, Wendy's, Burger King and others but also the Charleston Place Hotel and a number of fancy high end restaurants I'm aware of.I look for their name on coffee pots and condiments and will choose those sites over others for eating and hotel stays.I'm a fan!

This is just brown water how does it have 4.5 stars? It’s literally disgusting.

Its very rare these days to see a company not only deliver good service, but to treat their employees well. Royal cup of North Charleston should be very proud of the way they run their company. I've always believed that when you look out for your employees, they will look out for you and inevitably your business will prosper. The core values of this company are a rare gem in todays society and its wonderful to witness a company who takes pride in not only their services, but their employees. If you're looking for a vendor to service your coffee needs, this is the company to go to. They do right by people and deserve to be recognized as one of the greats.

Love mild flavored coffee!

Every time I go to a restaurant and love their coffee, tea or hot chocolate they always tell me it’s Royal Cup. Unknowingly, you’re always my favorite! I wish you’d sell individual servings to the public!!

Very disappointed with the service my company has received from Royal Cup in Virginia. Poor communication, lack of urgency in resolving problems, and no accountability after saying they will do something. Signed an agreement more than 2 months ago and several of our locations are yet to offer coffee.

I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.

Ingredients not listed for their tea products anywhere on the product or their website. Contacting the company to ask for them proved fruitless.
