Ruby's bagels is close to home for me so I have been here multiple times already! Every time I've gone it has been great food, nice and friendly staff and fast service! I've tried their bagel sandwiches, ordering their six count or dozen count of bagels in a variety of flavors and their muffins and lattes! They have a lot of variety of bagel flavors and latte flavors! Ruby's bagels also keep very well in the fridge and freezer. I defrost one in the morning...

Bagels and toppings are great. Somewhat inconsistent, but solid.
Service however, terrible. Just because the bagels are “New York style”, doesn’t mean the service has to be too. So rude, curt, short. Not a single “how are you” or “thank you”.
Regardless, great place to get bagels. My favorite in CHS, but management needs to encourage an attitude change for the employees at this location.

Delicious bagels!! Loved the variety. We had the Rico on a garlic bagel and a ham & cheese on a cheddar bacon habanero bagel…order came out fast, fresh and we left very pleased. Staff was nice and patient for being our firsr time to lool at the menu. Also asked for a Creme Brulee Latte extra hot and it came exactly like that. Was not super sweet but also didn’t need to add sugar. Definitely deserved a review. Great coffee and food!
