Ciara was a great waitress. She was very attentive and friendly. Food tasted great and my steak was cooked perfectly. That really never happens. I typically have to send my steak back to be cooked more. Salad bar had a great selection and was delicious. This was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

My husband and I come to Rubys on Ashley Phosphate several times a month. It’s close, the food is good and when we get really lucky, we get our favorite waitress Nike! She is awesome! Super friendly, knows the menu and is very attentive. Our glasses are never empty and all details are taken care of. It’s a great place to come after work. Great meal, great service and good prices!

If I weren't so hungry and tired, I would have left. It was dirty. The booth behind ours was covered with gray hair-like someone got a haircut or had their dog groomed there. The only bright spot was the delightful server.

Shout out to the General Manager Leticia of Ruby Tuesday 7400: Northside Dr. We were having a community event, and Ms. Leticia allowed Circle of Love Charleston to serve the unhoused/underserved in the parking lot from 9am until 10:30 am. Ms LaVern the kitchen manage also made sure we didn't need anything. Thank you for your support😊Circle of Love Charleston,along with great volunteers served 117 hot home cooked breakfast meals

I recently took my daughter and grandkids out for dinner while I was in town. We were seated right away with no wait, which was a nice surprise. The drinks were good, and our server was very friendly and helpful throughout the evening.
Unfortunately, both my daughter and I had to send our food back. I ordered the Asiago chicken, but it was too salty for my taste. My daughter had the mix trio and wasn’t a fan of the sauce on her wings. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and took care of our meals with no issues.
The kids enjoyed their meals with no complaints, which made me happy. Overall, despite the hiccups with the food, the service and atmosphere made it a decent night out with family.
