Really improved from a few years ago. The food is very good. The salad buffet stays well stocked with fresh ingredients. The app specials are great, and the wait staff are getting better with experience and definitely try their best. But they are extremely polite and cheerful. I would eat lunch there everyday if I could, as the food is that good.

Hello wasn’t satisfied with my meal did my order on line when you got to RUBY TUESDAY there was short staff my order was supposed to finish at 650 when I got there it wasn’t ready I was told by the management we was understaffed had to wait on my food another 15 to 20 minutes got my eat got home and I didn’t not had all my order try calling back someone answered put me on hold for about 20 minutes never came back to the phone I hung up called back someone answered act like there couldn’t hear me and they hung the phone up kept calling back and I don’t get and answer I call back this morning which is 2/15 and still didn’t get and answer I’m very disappointed ☹️ I would never eat from you guys again wasn’t please with my food at ALL

I don't know if it was lack of staffing or what was going on tonight, but this was ridiculous. I sat at the bar and waited 57 minutes for an appetizer trio and fried mushrooms. 47 minutes! The ONLY reason and I will heavily stress the ONLY reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of my bartender Harley. That young lady was as sweet and compliant and apologetic as she could be she continued to check the kitchen and reassure me she was on their tail about my food while handling 3 other tables. I hope you guys keep her around because she saved me from walking out. Amazing customer service
