Google said they open at 11am, got there a little after 11:30am and the doors were locked & the time on the door said they opened at 11. Very upset, especially since I was craving their salad. Wont be back to this location.

The salad bar wasn't taken care of the mushrooms we order were way over fried. The waiter was wonderful.

I visited this restaurant during a business trip. The service was super slow. The servers were rude. They seemed to be all unwilling to interact with the customers. They didn't even greet me when I sat at the bar and when they finally took my order, it was with an attitude. Mind you, it took the individual at the bar almost thirty minutes to take my order while pacing back and forth doing nothing but complain about their break. The manager seemed irritated by the staff and scolded them in front of customers. There was a guy there that waited more than two hours to receive his food and that's after he preordered it online. Supposedly, it was given to someone and no one even checked until they overheard our conversation. It was a horrible experience. The food was okay, but the service sucked. It was my first and last time going to that location. I would not recommend the location if someone was short on time or a pleasant experience.

The burgers we ordered were ok. Mine was soggy. I ordered a chicken burger. We also had a kid meal which we ordered an apple juice with. First they forgot about the juice, then we were given a juice which was definitely not apple juice. Not only did it taste different, it looked very cloudy and fizzy. Considering we spent $40 on 3 burgers, we were expecting better. Was very disappointed ☹️

At 5pm the kitchen was backed up for an hour so we went for the salad bar. It was great with lots of toppings. The place was less than half for capacity so the kitchen was really the problem.

Slow night and took a while to get seated. Meal was great just as ordered. The only 2x the waitress checked on me was the meal and the bill. My water was empty before the meal and remained empty until I left and the next table was taken care of 3x. First none 5 given this year.

It took over an hour for our food to be delivered. When we did get our food, it was all wrong. My Swiss mushroom burger had no mushrooms. Fries were all cold. Out of the six people at our table, 4 of our orders were wrong. On top of this, there was a drugged up individual outside in the parking lot making threatening gestures toward us. Terrible experience.

Tonight my husband and I visited Ruby Tuesday. It was my first time at one and had always wanted to try it. Let me say… I should’ve waited the rest of my life. It doesn’t deserve the 1 star but you can’t write a review without it. We walked in and stood there for a good 5 minutes or so wondering if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated because it wasn’t posted anywhere. Finally the bartender hollered over that someone would be with us. So we waited… and waited. Finally a young guy comes over , grabs some menus, and instead of saying “please follow me” or “right this way” he gave a hand gesture as if to say “come on I got things to do”. We followed him and I watched him literally throw the menus on the table and keep going without a word (all the while having to look at his dark blue underwear because the waistband of his pants was down below his butt). We sat there 15 minutes watching him clear tables and acknowledge other guests who were seated after us. At this point we haven’t even been given a glass of water. Still we are waiting. After awhile another staff member comes over and says he will be with you and I informed her of everything to this point and said I’m ready to walk out. She asked that we not do that and took our order on the spot. She went straight over and turned in our order and by the time we returned from the salad bar our drinks were sitting there. She went on break but kept watching for our food. She completed her entire break and still no food. She requested that Todd the manager come speak to us 3 different times. 2 of those times he said “not now” and went in the back. As he turned to go in the back I had to view his bright mustard colored underwear because his pants were pulled completely off his butt and waistband was below his butt. In all from time of order we waited roughly an hour. My husband even called the store from our table and no one answered.. he got a recording about the store being busy (there were 7 total tables) the place was not busy. When our waitress brought it to us she informed us that it was wrong. At this time my husband seen Todd the manager behind the bar and went to ask him if he’s the manager. He said yes so my husband said “then you need to start managing this place “. Todd got pretty verbal about that in the dining room because at this point they were back to our table. I informed Todd that I’m a Certified Dietary Manager so he wasn’t going to talk his way out of it and proceeded to explain it all from the beginning. I told him the ONLY reason we were still there was because of his waitress Shantay(sorry if I spelled it wrong girl)! But I said “at this point the food is finally come and it’s cooked to death and the order is wrong. So you can keep your food and we’re leaving “. I gave Shantay a tip, asked her to keep being her and to continue to represent the industry as well as she did tonight.You would do your customers and your bottom line a favor by getting rid of Todd and promoting Shantay to manager of your store. She is the epitome of professionalism and knows proper customer service!

Place has been lacking staff the last few times we have visited. We enjoy the food, prices and specials so we return. Staff that is on hand has always been polite and friendly but stretched thin so that affects service. Last few visits we've been seated in a bar area booth with the bar tender as our waitress. Last visit, there were no croutons on the salad bar. ?That's like a " Oh Hell No!!"But, it was nearing closing time, (8 pm???) So I it left alone and enjoyed what was available. Can't imagine the store being profitable at this rate. It'll soon be " another poorly managed chain restaurant bites the dust in N. Chas., S.C..?

I had the most amazing experience here tonight! Kyla was our server and she was quick, courteous, and just a jewel! I truly felt that our satisfaction was important to her. The manager came at the end of the meal and I couldn’t help but tell him how amazing the food was and how great our service was. Food ten stars … cleanliness ten stars!! But vibes are even better ☺️☺️

I don't at all mind paying a pretty penny for a good meal. I was super disappointed in my $70 bill for 2 people., no alcoholic beverages. Our steak was beyond over cooked. We both ordered baked potatoes. One got a potatoe the other got rice. Our waitress was very friendly but also very scatter brained. It was not at all busy. The salad bar was GREAT. We should have just got that. Pretty sure their scallops are fake. Not at all worth the $ spent.
