Not all staff but some are compels rude disrespectful jerks!!! I would rather shop amazon

This Sam's club has gone down hill and the people at checkout are rude to customers. also the food court is a joke they don't want to take your order and employees complain when you try to order. Would rather shop elsewhere! DEFINITELY NOT HERE.

No one answers the phone, unable to get to a human after 30 mins of calling. Delivery was delivered to wrong apartment, no tracking or contact of driver given. No communication from driver or company.

Corporate should shut it down the Sam’s quality is gone… it’s run down drinks are always out of service and they are always Lacking or ran out of things and it’s starting to look unsanitary… need new management or something to bring back Sam’s reputation….

Normally I'd say they are ok for a slice of pizza or hot dog, but they no longer have supreme pizza and the only condiments fo hot dogs are ketchup and sour kruat.

Your online order pick up staff is awful. No customer service and rude!!

Mrs. Jenny’s customer service is superb! We just left the store and my kids are still talking about their interaction with her. She definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND! I sincerely appreciate her thoughtfulness and amazing customer service. ❤️❤️ “Expect something special” is an understatement, she left us speechless. I pray that she is blessed tenfold!

Go place too get stuff at a lower retail price

Clara at the food court area was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. She was agitated and telling me to hurry up with sweeping hand gestures and saying, “cmon cmon”, as I’m on crutches and a surgical boot approaching the counter going as fast as I can. Clara dismissed me immediately because I didn’t have a Sam’s card on me. My brother who is a member just bought gas and was in the restroom. I waited until my brother came over and got back in line. Club itself is fine and no complaints. Recommend staying away from the AT&T kiosk tho. Not part of Sam’s and they will not back you with problems as it’s a 3rd party vendor. Been fighting since October to get what was promised when I mistakenly stopped and listened. Thought they were with Sam’s since they offered credit via Sam’s. Good luck getting them. Response is call ATT. What a joke!
