Mrs. Jenny’s customer service is superb! We just left the store and my kids are still talking about their interaction with her. She definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND! I sincerely appreciate her thoughtfulness and amazing customer service. ❤️❤️ “Expect something special” is an understatement, she left us speechless. I pray that she is blessed tenfold!
Club itself is fine and no complaints. Recommend staying away from the AT&T kiosk tho. Not part of Sam’s and they will not back you with problems as it’s a 3rd party vendor. Been fighting since October to get what was promised when I mistakenly stopped and listened. Thought they were with Sam’s since they offered credit via Sam’s. Good luck getting them. Response is call ATT. What a joke!
