Horrible customer service, I’m with crunches and waited for the service for 10 minutes and he never asked if I want something and other lady walked in and he serviced her knowing I’m waiting, takes so much time to count the money and to close or open the tab. Here is needed people to work that know how time is precious if you don’t have service experience then find other job, if the brew house doesn’t have a employees then close the Busienss or hire people to provide good customer service, and appreciate your employees. 6 people went across to Desano and the lady was amazing.

Heather was my bartender and I knew that I should’ve turned around when I saw her interaction with the guest before me. But she isn’t a pleasant person at all. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it ..is what I was taught. I didn’t like my beer and wanted to change it because of the taste complex. She said she would have to find a manager but it was clear she didn’t want to. I mentioned it twice. I personally fly a lot. I will never come back to this bar for a pre-flight drink. I’m in food and beverage myself so the service was mediocre. So yes I forced a beer down that I didn’t want because I wasn’t gonna waste $15.95. Thanks for reading. And for Heather… I hope you have a better day beautiful!

I stopped in here before my flight and ordered some breakfast. Food wasn’t horrible, but it was just OK. Too be honest this place is probably more of a beer and lunch restaurant, hence the name, so I wasn’t that surprised. At least it gives you some options once you get through security. I was somewhat surprised that the prices weren’t horrible for being in an airport. I paid around $9 for a full order of biscuits&gravy and a side of potatoes. Not cheap, but reasonable for an airport. I would stop here again if I was flying out.

The service was great. Quick- perfect for the airport. This is the only restaurant in the airport. Is on the lower level right after security. Prices were reasonable. Typical bar food.
