The food quality has DIMINISHED completely! Imagine being sick and come in for some simply Hot & Sour Soup and they only had 1 piece of tofu. Asked 4x for extra spicy and did not fulfill that request either. Not the 1x either-but DEFINITELY MY LAST!

Eat there mainly because I work close. Half time ignored when come in to pick up food, many time things are missing. General tso chicken is notttt spicy at all, Sesame chicken is good.

The food is subpar and doesn't stand out from other Chinese food restaurants. The Shuang Xi Kitchen doesn't hold up well considering that it's located in North Charleston we're their are PLENTY of other restaurants to choose. They need better consistency and customer service.

Food was ok. $10 for lunch which isn’t bad but rice was lacking flavor, sauce was thin, and the chicken felt like scraps with lots of vegetables.

She is very disrespectful the mother she rushes you and no one should eat here. The man in the kitchen is always sick and blowing his nose around everyone’s food and get mad when you guys ask for a refund.

Decided last minute to order from here and it was well worth the decision. Everything was full of flavor and large portions reasonably priced. Got the honey wings, crab rangoon, ma po tofu, general tsos chicken, house special mei fun, and egg rolls. Will be ordering from them again!
I actually found a Chinese Restaurant that near home an food is actually good...the service is amazing an fast even tho I didn't get my extra side of gravy um ok with that...I'll consider it as a tip they truly deserve it...Thanks for the delicious food ill be back soon 🤝🏾💐
There was no one in the restaurant and the server couldn’t even take my order and was busy in the phone
