Love shooting here. The food is good, bartenders friendly!

Giving this one started due to the female worker speaking to multiple guests in a disrespectful manner. Yelling across the room and threatening to kick them out. Our group left and decided not to patronize them anymore.

Poor service and poor food. bartender was RUDE, AND overcharged my card on a tab…will never buy anything from here again. 0/10. One star was too generous

Service was horrible my drink was nasty I told the bartender it was too much sweet and sour mix she gave me separate cup with sprite that didn’t help so I asked again could she remake she gave a cup of liquor than told me too mix it myself . I got my money back asap and left . I DEFINITELY WONT BE SPENDING MY HARD EARN MONEY THERE.

it's a great place to play at. they have great tables. you always are able to get a table when you go there..

Not enough staffing

Calling Angie amazing is an understatement. I told her my order once and she remembered everything I wanted when I called to place another order. Her customer service is top tier, she makes her customers feel welcome and friendly. I highly recommend Angie as your bartender and I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Extremely clean place, excellent food and great tables to play on...

This is the place to be on almost any night of the week, I personally love the fact that there are pool tournaments nearly every evening. So, for people like us " billiards" lovers this is the spot to be in north Charleston with great food

I love this pool hall, good vibes, good people! I love the music, they have pool tournaments and a yummy menu! Shy is personally one of the best bartends, very attentive and I’ve personally seen her handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism! I do want to add, Brittney, is a bar tender. She has on multiple occasions added shots and drinks to my tab in hopes I wouldn’t notice. When I have asked for a receipt, she’s denied me multiple times and there was always an excuse for it. I would not trust this bar tender, nor have her serve you.

Smittys is fantastic as a pool hall. The problem comes from Dawn the bar tender. One of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. Literally hammering the table with her palm in frustration as she takes orders. The attitude from her is astounding, no matter who she talks to. I’ll keep coming because I like the other people. But she makes it hard to want to.
