Not enough staffing

Calling Angie amazing is an understatement. I told her my order once and she remembered everything I wanted when I called to place another order. Her customer service is top tier, she makes her customers feel welcome and friendly. I highly recommend Angie as your bartender and I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Extremely clean place, excellent food and great tables to play on...

This is the place to be on almost any night of the week, I personally love the fact that there are pool tournaments nearly every evening. So, for people like us " billiards" lovers this is the spot to be in north Charleston with great food

I love this pool hall, good vibes, good people! I love the music, they have pool tournaments and a yummy menu! Shy is personally one of the best bartends, very attentive and I’ve personally seen her handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism! I do want to add, Brittney, is a bar tender. She has on multiple occasions added shots and drinks to my tab in hopes I wouldn’t notice. When I have asked for a receipt, she’s denied me multiple times and there was always an excuse for it. I would not trust this bar tender, nor have her serve you.

Smittys is fantastic as a pool hall. The problem comes from Dawn the bar tender. One of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. Literally hammering the table with her palm in frustration as she takes orders. The attitude from her is astounding, no matter who she talks to. I’ll keep coming because I like the other people. But she makes it hard to want to.

Understaffed! There's no cook when you're hungry. Convenient location though.

Complain all you want about aggressive security but this location, under prior management, has been the scene of numerous shootings and murders over the past 15 years.

Haven't been here since it was north park. I felt safe and had a great night out and the tables were open, no tournaments to interfere is.

Horrible service then the bartender committed fraud on my account. My bill was 15.36 I checked my bank account today and saw two different charges for ten dollars that happened after I left the establishment...all because I decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else because she was very rude.
