Smokey Bones N. Charleston

We were a party of 10 celebrating a family members birthday. Immediately the “host” that ended up being our server got an attitude when we told her we would be a party of 10. When she came to the table there was no introduction, didn’t ask if we wanted appetizers and took 20+ minutes to bring us soda/tea/water! Never got a refill mind you. Now to the food, everyone was served one at a time, 10+ minutes in between each plate being served and over half the food was served burnt! Asked for the manager and the manager on duty was unprofessional, rude and didn’t even offer to make it right, said she would be right back and never returned! We will NEVER be back!!!

This place is nothing like it used to be. All we ordered today was a full size BBQ Mag Nachos and drinks after waiting for almost 35 minutes, we told the bartender we were leaving. How can it take that long to make a plate of nachos when the restaurant had about 6 or 7 tables with customers? Our server never even came back after we ordered our drinks, the bartender served them.

Sabrina,Billy were absolutely the best I came in to place a to go order they were so knowledgeable about the menu they were very kind they make it worth coming to this Smokey bones absolutely excellent customer services

Billy was awesome we called about 5 minutes before we got there with a party of 25 and Billy accommodated us with no problem .Zaier handled are party and was attentive and wonderful!!! Will definitely be back!

Food was nice and fresh the Memphis dry rub wings are very good nice manager Billie and our waiter zyaire was a sweetheart!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Smokey Bones, and I can't speak highly enough about the incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by William Hawkins, the Culinary Manager.
Not only did he ensure our meal was prepared to perfection, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire dining experience. It's clear he takes immense pride in his role, and it shows in every aspect of his service. Thank you, William, for making our visit so memorable!

If you in town and looking for a seeet treat and a good vibe with drinks Jaquan is the mannnn✨‼️literally was enjoying the game with my girl on a Monday night and he made the experience so refreshing. The Strawberry dream I highly recommend becisse I felt like a dream walking out ! Billy from out of town showing us some southern hospitality management wise was amazing I felt like home away from home and these gentleman made sure they aimed to please food & liquor wise. If your in town and want something o match your taste bides and late night cravings make sure you pop in and ask for Jaquan & Billy

Billy and Sabrina were awesome. Both charming and professional- shining examples of customer service. The food at Smokey Bones is always worth the visit, and this location was no exception. I will definitely be returning whenever I’m near N. Charleston.
