Would have been a good experience but someone brought a huge furry dog in (not a service animal) and hair was floating everywhere. Disgusting. Employees said nothing and allowed it.

My recent visit to SnowDash in North Charleston was not a good one. They had the music so loud in the store that it was hard to place your order. I will admit that I did show up 1 hour before the business closed, but the customer service that was given to me by the owner was absolutely horrible. The first thing that upset me was when I made my order, the owner had three other employees in the store, with no other customers but my friend and I, and the supposed new owner made me repeat myself multiple times due to him acting like he did not want to be there. The second thing was when 4, in uniform, military personnel walked in, and he refused to serve them. I used to frequently come to this ice cream shop, but due to new ownership, I do not recommend anyone ever coming to support a business like this who doesn't respect our true nations' heroes. Absolutely disgusting.

Not happy with my experience there since they “remodeled” and hired new people. The chocolate is not chocolate it taste like strawberry and their fruit is not fresh like it used to be. It’s frozen and taste frozen. Not happy with my experience. Won’t be going back

We went and stood outside with a bunch of other people some who were tourists just to get a note on door that said closed at moment. Yet you look and see several people inside sitting at tables on their phone, one saying we are closed, no explanations. This of course during store hours. I could understand if closed for a party or no supplies, but it just appear to be rude people relaxing on their phones. Seemed to be young people inside perhaps workers who didn’t want to work. A practice for good business would be to not be rude, if closed unexpectedly to leave explanation. People travel to this place, people come to give you business not get rudeness.

So good!!! Very delicious! Who wants regular ice cream when you can watch the magic happen in front of you? Actually me, I still want regular ice cream but that's besides the fact. Rolled ice cream is so much more fun!Their ice cream is delicious and even better is the customer service. I mean.. these guys are the real MVP. Coming from a Floridian here! I visited during a work trip and their AC had been down a week from what I'd been told. It's like 1000 degrees in there ..which is what Florida feels like in June. It was much cooler outdoors! These employees are so pleasant and friendly. I'd be throwing temper tantrums but they definitely are doing their best in the worst conditions. Someone give these kids a raise!!!!!!I love their positive attitude!Thanks Sno Dash peeps! I'm glad to have visited
The ice cream was great! Apparently Michael didn't show up and they were busy. The guy working was extremely upset with Michael and all the customers could tell. The girl working was fantastic! She was one of the best and fastest workers I have seen, despite Michael not being there. The guy though continually went in the back and would mutter, mumble, and sometimes loudly lambast Michael's absence. Ice cream and a show. The girl was phenomenal though and the ice cream was great.

I was in search of a birthday worthy treat for my youngest daughter and came across Sno Dash. I'm so glad I did this was a yummy moment. The kids really liked theirs. My youngest decided on the Birthday Cale Milkshake as you can see it's huge. My oldest decided on the the cheesecake ice cream. I decided on the cheesecake milkshake not pictured because I inhaled it, lol. This is definitely a great place to grab some yumminess. I can't wait to go they had so many options.

The ice cream was great, the customer service was not. There were a couple of people sitting there waiting on their orders, but none of the workers were making ice cream. All of the workers seemed to be young high schoolers but you would think there would be a little sense of urgency when there is a SMALL line of people waiting. Didn’t expect to wait 40 min for ice cream when I walked in and there was only a few people in front of me.

Great quiet place off Rivers Ave with great ice cream choices. Menus could be better to help customers make an informed decision on what they want, but overall, it was a good experience. They have lots of kids' pictures on the wall, all with smiles holding their ice cream choices, and that adds a good vibe to the place. If you want ice cream, Sno dash on over and make your choice!!!
