Went to a Stingrays game. Was told ANY Sonic in the Charleston area would accept an advertised promo with the ticket. I pulled into the drive thru, got ignored after the manager couldn't hear me over their intercom. I pulled up and wasn't even acknowledged. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the manager was shown all of the proof of ticket, promo, and even called up their chain, still got told to kick rocks because there wasn't a promo code or promo ticket to give them.

Ordered food and waited 30 mins while everybody else after me got their food very quickly. 5 people who arrived after me had received their order before me. Pushed the button and they said they were gonna start making the order now.

I placed an order for two drinks. 20 minutes after I checked in, I still didn't have my order. When we finally got the drinks, they were wrong; we decided it wasn't worth waiting another half hour for them to try again.

The food was not fresh , my burger seem like it was already sitting for a while and was not made fresh . I also got a junior fritos chili cheese wrap and it was not to my liking my bread was hard . The only thing good was my drink
Since I can no longer get Whataburger, Sonic is my go to here in Charleston. The food is always fresh and hot. This location has only bungled my order once, and only once did I have slow service. For a fast food burger, I definitely recommend Sonic

I think this is the worst Sonic in South Carolina. No one was there yet I waited in the drive thru for over 10 min just to place my order of just 2 things, then after waiting more than 15 mins, I just decided to leave. The customer service was nasty, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Went to sonic tonight and had amazing service. The lady taking my order and the young man that brought it out both had amazing attitudes. The adorable decorations outside show the employees take pride in where they work!!!
