When they make fresh food, it's verh good; when the food was made 20 minutes ago, it's just like McDonald's and not worth the money at all.

You’ll wait 20 minutes, they will still have forgotten some of your food, then will tell you that the part of your meal that is missing is because they don’t have anymore. Totally understands that you don’t have anymore, not understandable why you were going to have charged somebody for an item and then just blindly leave it out without saying anything. It’s a very good thing that I checked my order before realizing once home. Have the decency to tell the customer that you are out of something instead of just hoping they don’t notice it missing.

1st time using the app and it was not working right. It added more money than I had expected to pay. They said they couldn't give me my money back and that I would need to call Corporate. I was not happy bc it was not my fault. But a little while later they decided to refund my money and just compensate me on the food

Went through the drive thru, meal was overall good, was told that my milkshake cup had a hole in the bottom and that the worker would “fix it”. They put a sticker on the bottom of it instead of just moving it to a different cup, leading to milkshake liquid getting everywhere. It would’ve been nicer to just have a second cup over it or maybe just a re-do.

The worker was courteous and pleasant while taking my order at the microphone and assisted me when I had difficulty with the bank card machine. The food was delivered to my car within minutes after ordering. The food was wrapped well & stayed warm throughout my drive home when I brought it to my wife. The food tasted good. I recommend this SONIC'S on University blvd in N. Charleston to everybody.

Elijah is the best part of this company. He went above and beyond. He was so gracious, personable, and professional. The #1 combo was delicious but don't understand why there is a single smashburger only doubles and triples.

Very disappointed in the customer service that just happened . Arrived at 6:15am on university blvd to be greeted . Sat for 2 mins before a man in a very rude voice say how can I help you. As I’m proceeding to place my order he then proceeds to act like it’s problem for me being there during operation hours. He was very rude and especially being the opener you should have a better attitude when working in food service . I always come there in the morning before work to jump start my day . Now I will not be returning . I came there in a jolly mood and with his rude demeanor he made my whole mood change . I ended up telling him have a better day and he didn’t even say nothing but walk away . He needs to do better in the morning . Looked at his receipt his name is Matthew .
