Service was poor. She put tray on my hood of my vehicle. We watched a man dig into a trash can to find food while we waited for our food order. The food was good tho.

whoever was on that window was very VERY rude on august 30th, i understand being overwhelmed or tired of people but it’s no need to be so rude when you’re literally at work you can’t be mad you went and clocked in and now you have to do your job??

This place sucks. I regretfully spent 16.00 here tonight. We received burnt/stale pretzels. Ordered some of the new slushies and they gave us all of our drinks with no ice. I guess my dogs are getting pretzels tonight. Oh, and driving home juggling 4 drink because they didn’t have cup caddy’s was really fun as well.

I tried to call and then when someone answered I ask was you guys backed up and the lady sad no then I was about to say OK thank you then she cut me of and said it's 4 of July it's busy and hung up in my face like at what point off time did I do anything wrong.

I pulled ordered at 10:49pm.
- American Hotdog meal w/ Onion rings, lg coke.
- Ft Long coney.

I didn't receive my food until 11:10pm and Watch the employee hand my order to a different car 1st, walk back in with that order and walk directly back out to me. there was nobody in the DT, w/ 2 other vehicles in the bays.
When I get home. The hotdogs are ice cold, and the worst was the onion rings were hard and chewy.

I've been a rest. Manager/GM for 20 years and these were absolutely terrible. I couldn't eat them at all.
I also didn't receive a receipt and was given none of the sauces I ordered.
Whoever was managing this place tonight does not value their job too much and obviously could not care about the food quality they're putting out.
