If I could go beyond a five point star, I would the young lady name Aja that served me this morning here at the Tanger Outlet truly brought tears to my eyes. I was already having a rough morning with my daughter and to see her say have a great day on my cup it made me cry, and I can’t thank her enough for that message!!!!!

Watched the manager on duty tell one employee to take a break despite having a full store. Waited 30 minutes for a singular drink we ordered online, in addition to a 15 minute wait in a line of 3 customers to buy a mug.

We stopped by the Starbucks at the Tanger Outlet in North Charleston while doing a bit of shopping, and it turned out to be a great little break in the middle of a busy day. Even though the outlet was buzzing with activity, this location had a surprisingly calm and welcoming vibe.
The staff was friendly, patient, and kept things moving quickly—even with a steady flow of customers. Our drinks were made just the way we ordered them, and the service felt personal, not rushed or mechanical. You could tell the team knew what they were doing and still managed to stay upbeat.
The seating area was clean, and the whole space was well-kept despite how many people were coming through. The restrooms were also clean, which always matters, especially when you’ve been out and about for a while.
It was the perfect spot to pause, recharge, and enjoy a few quiet minutes with a coffee before heading back out to explore the shops. Whether you’re traveling or just out for some retail therapy, this Starbucks is definitely worth the stop.

How hard is it to follow directions? Surely a third grader can read light whip. There is none, not even a speck. Also, vanilla cream cold bread missing the foam smh. This place is a joke. Sadly, I work near here, and we all make coffee runs, but it won't be from here any longer.

Always quick and courteous service. Cashier Bash is always spot on with order taking. Patient, and god recommendations if I can’t decide. Everyone has always been sweet and tries their hardest. I saw some of the reviews and seeing some of the super demanding customers with exceedingly unachievable standard is heart breaking. If the employeee here are college or high school student you have impressed me with your hard work ethic and consistent awesomeness. Keep it up Tanger team! I’ll be back it next week.

I am a regular Starbucks customer who’s met tons of baristas but today at this specific location, I met the best of the best! Her name is Key. Key’s customer service is far beyond outstanding. She is bubbly and literally smiled the entire time I was there. Kudos to her lovely service!
