Even before starting our own order, Bree, our barista, was so genuinely warm, engaged and attentive to each individual ordering before us. Gabe working alongside them was equally as attentive and friendly! That type of kindess and hospitality shown by this team is hard to come by in today's climate- so it felt especially pertinent to highlight! Thank you both for a wonderful boost to my day!

The woman at this Starbucks was so rude. They weren’t open at 8:30 am due to apparently something she had to clean, which isn’t a big deal, but the way she spoke to me when I asked whether they were open was uncalled for. Really poor customer service considering people are driving relatively far off the freeway to this Starbucks location.

i went to this starbucks today and i noticed a worker i believe her name was ashley who was talking down/bullying what it seems a new hire. i don’t think its appropriate for workers to be treated that way. it’s degrading for the new worker because they are still learning. i think its something the store definitely needs to work on.

I walked in at 08:30am. Two tables were occupied. Every single table was dirty. The napkin dispensers were empty. Zero napkin. I asked them to clean a table for me which the cashier did and he filled up napkin dispensers. I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like regular coffee and milk but the barista (?) insisted it was cappuccino. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever seen.
