Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Waited for over 30 minutes for a simple order. Wasn’t too overly crowded, most everyone else was just waiting around too. Lots of employees too so just weird and confusing.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and unfortunately received the wrong drink (ordered iced matcha latte and got iced coffee instead). I called the store to ask if I could get it replaced by bringing the drink, but the associate told me they couldn’t do anything about it since the order was placed through a third-party app. I understand policies can be strict, but it’s frustrating when there’s no accountability or solution offered. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
Lobby is run by homeless people. One homeless lady walks around talking to herself and insults guest. Been there a few times, thought I just was there on a bad day but no. It has a group of homeless people that live in the lobby.

My overall is a 1 because the london fog with shot esspresso is not hot and its supposed to be hot and the service is good but the actual coffee is rough often!!!! I live next door I want reasonably hot coffee. Please just actually steam the milk. Or make sure the tea water is hott. I had to add from my own kettle to make it hott. This is not the only time I have done this. Fixing my own coffee later. I have issues with this starbucks and some others in the south carolina region. They need consistency and reliability here its a very locals area too. I hope to write a better review in the future and I hate to even write a bad review but I have too at this point. I come here soooo much. I went inside to ask about my esspresso shot cuz I could not taste it and the energy I received said more go away then please leave it and well fix it so I am mostly going to take business elsewhere. Tired for the price poor recovery for bad served cold drinks that need to be hot like luke warm is so disappointimg when I have been looking forward to this plus treating it like you want me to leave fine. No buisiness Ill go to competitor.
