Worst service ever! Drive thru guy was rude got our order wrong, took my drink back i asked for refund they refused to acknowledge me and then brought back the same drink! We were extremely disappointed dumped drinks out! You should never take a guest drink back then come back with the same one im sure he did something to it then brought it back! You should be more careful with who you hire!

I only come to this Starbucks because it’s on my way to work, they never get my drink right. Every other day I order the same drink that I order from every other Starbucks I go to and they make it perfect. But this store just can’t seem to grasp how to make a latte. Most of the employees are pretty rude.

I had the pleasure of being served by Matt at Starbucks today, and I can’t say enough good things about him! From the moment I pulled in the drive-thru, he was incredibly personable and kind. Instead of diving straight into the usual routine, he took a moment to ask about my day, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. When it came time to order, he went above and beyond by asking what he could do to make my day even better. It’s rare to experience that level of thoughtfulness and attention, especially in a busy setting. Matt’s friendly and patient demeanor made my visit feel special, and I left with a smile on my face. Kudos to him for setting such a high standard for customer service!

Can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something even though it’s coffee shop where people sit and do work

Handing cold food that should have been hot out of the drive thru is 100% unacceptable. Especially for those who are traveling through and can’t just turn around. No refund, and putting it on the consumer to figure it out when it’s their fault. Poor service waste of money and food.

A very nice Starbucks location. I was helped promptly by a very nice employee. My order was taken and it was accurate. I did have to wait awhile for my order, due to needing to restock certain products. The store was clean and there were places to sit.

Vegetarian options: There are only a view items on the menu that are not vegetarian.

The workers were very nice, but we pulled into the drive through with a mobile order at 2:58 and didn’t get our drinks until 3:24. They also made the drinks wrong and had to remake them. They didn’t taste good when we did get them.

I understand things happen and they were just behind, but we were on a six hour car ride so wasn’t helpful adding thirty minutes to the drive for a coffee break.

Never adds whip cream to my drink and at the window tried to convince me that my latte form is whip cream. they don’t even look or taste the same smh
