I went to this location two days in a row this week Tuesday and Wednesday around 1700. Tuesday I ordered Moka Frappuccino with chocolate syrup on top and they forgot it.OK, no big deal. I’ll get it next time.. Today I went and got the cookie crumble Frappuccino and specifically asked for the chocolate all on top and the picture on the menu even shows it and they still forgot it. Definitely Not impressed. And I’m old-fashioned, so the lady boy at the window was really uncomfortable. Also both days I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me.

I walked in at 08:30am. Two tables were occupied. Every single table was dirty. The napkin dispensers were empty. Zero napkin. I asked them to clean a table for me which the cashier did and he filled up napkin dispensers. I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like regular coffee and milk but the barista (?) insisted it was cappuccino. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever seen.

Always spending 10 min waiting for a pre ordered coffee. 10 ppl in the lobby waiting on mobile orders and five drinks that belong to ppl that aren’t in the building. Irritating morning experience on more than one experience.

Went there a couple of months ago and there were no tables for customers inside or outside. The staff was sitting huddled together and did not acknowledge me. After a minute or so, I left without buying anything. I used to go get a coffee and read there. Not sure if they removed the table for cleaning or they stopped having people sit inside? I gave it 3 stars because I used to like it but my last visit was very strange to say the least.

Fully staffed, clean Starbucks. Well stocked shelves with coffees, cups, mugs, and tumblers. Staff is friendly but was a bit slower than most Starbucks but they got my order right. They have a lot of drive through and web order business as it is a "drive thru" location. There is some seating inside but none outside. Restrooms are clean and are key coded so you will need to get the code at the counter. Decent parking but getting in and out is challenging as Rivers Ave is very busy during business commute hours. Overall pleased and recommend this location.

I'm a regular Starbucks customer, app, points, stars, etc. I say this to say I go to I frequent Starbucks locations. I had never been to this location and after today I won't go back. I chose not to do the mobile order as I was from out of town and wanted to stretch my legs. All of the staff, 4/5 of them were are doing something , so certainly not lazy, but it seemed like nothing was getting done. It was wild to watch customers literally standing around, probably 15 of us at one time and of course the drive thru was busy. I have worked in the service industry and have been in the weeds as they say but usually come out of it after 5-10 minutes. We ordered at 0812. Some had gotten their drinks, some had not. It was hard to measure when or how people were ahead of me bc of the ability to order via the app. So I approached the barista at 0825, I have never had to wait a long time for my orders, maybe I have been lucky or maybe other locations run more smoothly. I asked about my order and was told that they were about 15 minutes behind on each drink. I walked back and recognized everyone was busy and waited. At 0833 my drink was ready. No one had any bad attitudes and everyone was doing something. I reviewed the other reviews which is why I chose to leave a review. Management needs to help out with some sort of game plan to help this team. They clearly are trying and are nice but some guidance to a better practice will probably help them not burn out and be in the weeds. Lastly if I would have been told that there was a 15+ minute delay in all orders I would have just skipped and gone to another location.

Bad barista! Did not fill my personal cup up to the payed amount for Tall. Tasteless, had to ask for more syrup. Not extra hot as requested. Very, very disappointing.
