I went with 3 others on a sunny Saturday after attending Brewvival nearby. We were seated immediately, right at the front of the restaurant by the big windows that were streaming light into the bar area. This is a fantastic date spot and venue for small groups of friends who want to enjoy some good conversation. I am sure I will be back soon!

Nice intimate place. Nice service very knowledgeable about the wine and food. Would recommend. Only think the menu is hard to read. Could be the Font, size and the dark atmosphere

Unfortunately not the best experience. Came to bar, all good. Night started out nice good cocktails etc nice people but we ordered a cheese plate and it was like 10, 20 , 30 min and still nothing.... So we finally said Forget it and left Pretty disappointing because we live 12 hours away and we're pretty excited but long and behold not a great experience. Ambience was ok until they forgot our food and about us not so impressed anymore and would not recommend I left starving and wanting more elsewhere sadly

I really love this spot. Great vibe. Not pretentious. The menu is thoughtful and if you’re new to wine, it makes choosing a wine totally accessible. The service was friendly, and the food exceptional - try the tinned seafood and the house made pasta!! Will definitely come back.

Our last two experiences here have not been pleasant ones, unfortunately. If you go toward the end of the evening, do not expect the staff to let you enjoy your glass of wine. They turn on the lights immediately at 11:59 and start playing “Closing Time” or “So Long, Farewell” while staring at you until you’re so uncomfortable you can’t wait to leave. Really not ideal, especially given the high prices and the fact that they’ll serve you ~15 minutes before closing. It leaves no choice but to chug your glass or just abandon it. Really disappointing & uncomfortable.

Excellent service and drinks! Didn't try the food (except for the flourless chocolate torte- yum) but everything we saw looked amazing. Small place with limited seating but love it for date night!

Nomally I love this place. Great bartenders with tons of wine and vermouth knowledge and quirky fun attitudes. However, this past visit was the exception. I don't normally sit at a table when I dine here and prob never will again but we wanted to introduce our friends to a place we really liked away from the downtown crowd. Epic fail! Service was slow and just overall not good. Friends showed up and were never greeted so we had to just lend them our menus. Luckily we had already ordered an bottle of wine so we were able to pour them a glass to get started. One round of peppers were great the next round had to be sent back. They had a special chef in to do pasta which is why we thought it would be a good time to get our friends to come but it was just an overall let down.

Stopped in for a quick drink and bite to eat. We had a party of 4, the bartender said to sit wherever however tables are only set for 2. We pushed 2 tables together to make a 4 top and was greeted by a snarky waitress that made it seem like we did something wrong. Food and wine were great but staff was not friendly. I can get good food some place else with great service. Won’t be back.

This place has an amazing vibe! You walk in, and you get the relaxed vibe of a small wine bar, but they also have a full bar. There are a few small tables inside and out but more seating at the large bar area. We sat down, enjoyed the music, and had an amazing Manhattan off the happy hour menu. They offer food as well, charteurie boards and small bites but we had just come from dinner, so we were just having a drink. Bartender came right over to greet us and quickly made our drinks. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were all set. Will absolutely be back when we are in Charleston again!

We were here with family a few days ago and were extremely disappointed with the service and “food”. We ordered quite a few things off the menu to try. Whipped ricotta was absolutely great, everything else was not only overpriced for the quality of it but inedible. We left over 75% of what we ordered. When asked what the octopus Galician was, we were told it was a garlicky- tomato sauce. It was nothing but oil. Cocktails were less than mediocre. We paid our $200+ bill, gave a 25% tip and THEN made the complaint. We did not have any intention to get anything for free but wanted to make them aware of the issues. The server was snarky and condescending which was unfortunate. We will not be back.

Had a great experience here with friends - the bartenders are so nice and have good recommendations. The vermouth selection is vast and has some really delicious options! And the indoor space is quite beautiful and dark - perfect for date night or an intimate drink with friends. Haven't yet tried the food, but can't wait to get back to try it!

So lovely, we went for vinyl night and for Wes' art hanging. We had the pickle plate and french cider, our friends had French 75's and shishitos. Highly recommend!

Really cute spot with fantastic nibbles and really fun service. My only complaint is the cost but it's well worth it for a really relaxed and cool ambience. Vinyl Thursdays are also super awesome! Great for date nights or small groups and the big wooden outdoor table is really good for people watching. Try the caviar service and all the cheeses.
