This use to be a great shop, but today was horrible. The ladies who ran it in the past did an excellent job. The guys who were there today did not know how to run the shop.

This franchise does not take coupons. Did not know you could buy a franchise and make your own rules. Guess I just ate my last Subway sub. The owner should at least advertise that this Subway does not accept coupons. Corporate needs to close or make this location follow their rules.

My food was great, prepared perfectly. But what I'm really on here to do is give a huge shout out to the amazing service I received from the woman working around 4:45 today! I wish I had gotten her name, she seemed like she might be a manager, not sure, if she isn't then she should be. But if that location is reading this, its the sweet woman with a 7 month old grandbaby She was so sweet! We chatted about a few random things and she just made me feel like she really cared about others! & I really appreciate that!

I went to the subway on dorchester rd last week, the one in the shopping plaza with publix next to ashley phosphate, and the women working in there, especially the chubby white girl with darker blonde hair just seemed like they hated life and every customer that walked in. That white girl put off such bad vibes I felt depressed when I left there. I came in with a smile saying hello and told her I had an online order. She said she hadnt made it yet which i expected, I let her know thats fine i just placed it. Then asked how her day is today and didnt get a word out of her. She did not want to conversate, smile, make eye contact, nothing.

BUT THIS LOCATION ON UNIVERSITY! OMG I LOVE YOU!!!

Went here and the team was ready to go home and had the lights off an hour before closing. I was told that they were out of most meats and unable to serve that evening.

The young lady that fixed my sandwich did an awesome job. She fixed it just how I liked it. My sandwich was very nice and neat. Most Subways that I go to my sandwich is sloppy and dry, but this one was just right. Customer satisfied. Thank you for your good service.

They have no churros... staff could care less about helping you. Wendy's and dunking across the street. Save your $ and time going to thus place.

Just order a salad and paid extra for avocado and fresh mozzarella. The avocado was a dark mushy glob with a terrible taste to it which had gotten all over the meat and such. Tried to rinse it off but then noticed they had put the dressing on the salad which made the lettuce mushy. Will never order from them again!!! This was thru Uber eats. You would think the store would know to put dressing on the side!!!

Absolutely worst subway I have ever been too. I ordered on the app and I waited for 45 minutes to get my sub. The two people laughed at me and told me I would be waiting a while while they made every sub for people walking in the door. The girl working at 12:06 on 10-25 should be

Why does Subway not accept coupons THAT THEY PRINT OUT AND MAIL TO YOU?? This makes the 2nd Subway we've tried to use. We're always trying to save money!!

They have young kids working in there and they don’t have good customer services skills at all! I will not be spending anymore of my money there!
