This place is absolutely horrible and disgusting. They can’t make a wrap or a sandwich properly at all. I will not be going back. I will not be visiting any subway again for that matter. This Subway needs to be shut down.

This subway is lightyears better than 10125 Dorchester road, which does not accept coupons! After coming to this Subway and asking the nice lady at the counter if they accept coupons, she informed us that they actually aren't allowed to turn down coupons and they HAVE to accept them. She also kindly let us know that we could call corporate on the other establishment, which is exactly what I'll be doing.
Aside from that, the portions are big, and instead of just 1 employee working (aka refusing your coupons and staring you down as if you're less than them), they had 4 very nice employees working on the line to make sure you can be in and out quickly. I'll definitely be coming here again.

Nothing is worse than not being able to provide the one thing your pregnant wife wants, and tonight it was subway. I knew it was close to closing time but held out hope since it was still within the hours of operation. I was very disappointed when I got here and the employees had already locked the door and were staring at me even though it was before closing time. I’ve seen some poor customer service in my days but this was beyond me. The entire night shift on 6/22/24 should be reprimanded.

I ordered a footlong coldcut combo. I know for a fact there is supposed to be 12 pieces of meat on there and there was 5 only. It was very messy and all I could taste was bread. They had two workers that I could see while 3 people were waiting to be served and the other worker was on the phone. Came around the corner and looked and just stayed on the phone. After she hung up I was still standing in line because of a picky customer in front of me it turned out he stood there for 25 minutes waiting on his online order to be given to him. Very unprofessional.

Ghe-to location with a terrible rude manager. Hung up on me when asking about an issue. Went inside gaslit me in front of my face about the tiny sub compared to the second one we had ordered. They said that they were exactly the same when you could clearly tell one was a tiny scrawny thin sub. Then they indirectly admitted it was tiny because that’s how the bread form. The new honey oat one. I had to insist many times until they remade it. The manager shouted from the kitchen to the employee to take the original sub from us to make sure we weren’t trying to get a free sub. They threw it away. Stay away and save your money from all subways in this area since we’ve had similar experiences.

Very rude workers. Aiden is horrible. Not only does he not listen, but then gets an attitude when you ask him a question. Save yourself time and patience and go next door to Publix.

Very disappointed. The store is supposed to close at 10pm. We arrived at 9:55p and the doors were locked. The servers were just staring at us when we gestured at the time and didn't even try to service us.
Rude very very Rude employee. I came in on a Friday at 9:45 PM there were two people ahead of me and one behind me. I was told that they close at 10PM and would not be able to make my food because they doubt, they would be able to serve me before 10PM. Even though I was in there 15 MINTUES before closing. The customer and I behind me left. I called to report and was told the manger was not there. I do not appreciate your rude employee who at all and will be going to another Subway from here on out that serves till closing.
