I came in on 8/4/2025 and the girls behind the counter seemed to be so mad for some reason, they wasn’t pleasant at all, and they greeted me like as if they was mad that I came in and that they had to work, one young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes when I say hello ladies, the other lady said with a very irritable voice What would you like not welcome to subway and how can I help you she sounded mad at the whole world so I Told her what I wanted and she fixed it. The food was delicious. It’s just the atmosphere was all off. The lobby was clean and from what I can see where they was working at was also clean, but they all seem to have had a serious serious attitude and act like they didn’t wanna be there and when I asked for a second sandwich, she act like she didn’t wanna fix it. I live with a the area and I would love to come back, but their attitude was totally off, and it made me and my daughter, very uncomfortable. If I was the boss of that restaurant, they all would have went home without no pay, customers desire to have a pleasant atmosphere and should be comfortable talking to the one that’s serving them.That type of attitude is so very unprofessional and ridiculous.! They could never work in any of my businesses they all would be fired. The location is 6409 dorchester Rd suit 102 zip code 29420.

I enjoy my sandwich so much.. I came back everyday that week.. it's the night time manager who made it for me.. she appears to be mean at first glance but her sandwich and customer service was amazing I forgot her name but she's a dark skin short lady with dreads.. she's was amazing best thing to happen on the night shift.. I only eat when she's there because she actually listens and make the sandwich how it should be

Very dark energy or presence in the space, no one says hello, they just stare at you til you speak, just too much negative attitude and energy in the space; the people that work there. Coulda had a better sandwich and experince elsewhere.

Honestly quite disappointed. I know it was pretty late in the day, but aside from my bread being stale, to put so little dressing on a sandwich that I requested so much of it for is just a shot in the foot.
App ordering is just pointless, as apparently neither of my requests were understood.
I guess it's impossible to get a sandwich that isn't cut in half...

Twice now we’ve paid extra for bacon and it’s been left off. Both times the bread seemed at least a day old.

The staff was somewhat friendly, but I wonder what kind of maniac wouldn't cut a foot-long sandwich in half.

Ordered delivery around 2pm on March 7th 2025. LOADED my husband's meatball sub with jalapenos, which were not requested AT ALL.

Enjoy their Philly steak sandwich and all the fixins

Incompetent staff. Placed an online order, made an error on bread choice (my mistake). Called in IMMEDIATLY after placing the order, and no one answered the phone. Called an additional 4 times within 10 minutes and still no answer.
Got to the store, and not a single customer, three employees. Apparently they were swamped and couldn’t get to the phone. Made me pay for the additional sandwich because they already made it and nothing they could do.
Waited 10 minutes in store to even get greeted.
Horrible staff. Horrible customer service, and trash sandwich. Stay away.

This is the second time that my son and I have visited this location. On this visit (last week), the young lady was friendly, attentive and made our subs for what we paid for. We got 2 foot longs with extra meat and 3 fresh cookies. She did an excellent job and even cut my bread in the way I asked her to. I’m so tired of paying for extra meat at other Subways and not getting it. Our subs were fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely horrible and disgusting. They can’t make a wrap or a sandwich properly at all. I will not be going back. I will not be visiting any subway again for that matter. This Subway needs to be shut down.
