Food was fresh and cooked well. The girl waiting on tables had more interest in her phone than the customers. The layout with the togo greeting you when you walk in needs fixed.

Food was excellent. We stopped in just on a whim and it wasn't crowded at all. Our food was all made fresh and quick, everything was very well done.

First off, I don’t know what it means by a buffet in SC but in CT (from where we came to visit) it means displaying the food with labels and we can serve as we want. But this place gave us a paper to write on about what we wanted and the items didn’t have their description or ingredients written on them. I am a vegetarian. I was looking for some safe and sure vegetarian stuff with the names. There was not enough people around to even ask and nobody even came to the table to see if we had any questions. So, it had an item named as Cheese wontons. For me, that means cheese in a wonton. Also, in the special instructions portion I wrote VEGETARIAN (in caps) just like this. But again they served the cheese wontons with crab. It may be a normal way to prepare that but as a first time person in the restaurant and a vegetarian that is not so common for me. The owner is so rude and doesn’t know a thing about customer service. She didn’t say sorry once or offer to us that we don’t need to pay. That is the least that someone can do in that situation. But she kept arguing and arguing and explaining that she didn’t know that I was a vegetarian. Well obviously you didn’t know but when I had written it on the paper, how come the staff concerned didn’t read it either. How come after writing it clearly nobody paid attention to it. I have been to restaurants before and sometimes when they are not clear about something they come back and confirm but nothing like that happened. Everything here was so bad - the buffet is not a buffet but actually feels like an exam and they say it is all You can eat but nobody gives you the sheet of paper to write what you want, they also charge you $5 extra if you don’t finish, they had no salads, they have no dessert options other than a kiddie size strawberry ice cream, all of their food portions were so small (my vegetarian sushi came with only 4 pieces). After all this their buffet charges are $20 each which is ridiculous. This place didn’t even seem 1% hospitable, or even hygienic. PLEASE DONT GO.We were 3 people and were so disappointed and frustrated by the time we left that we told the staff that we will not return ever.

First, they give you a paper to write what you want to order in a BUFFET, I don't know about anyone else but this is not the way a buffet is supposed to be. Second, they don't even have descriptions or ingredients on that sheet. So for a vegetarian like me it is so hard to choose. Sometimes each restaurant makes the usual named food dishes differently so I am always skeptical to just order by names. I like to confirm by checking the ingredients. Third, their portions were way too small for an ALL YOU CAN EAT place. As you can see in the picture - 4 sushi pieces (smaller than usual sushi pieces), 4 tiny fried mushrooms and 1 spring roll. I am sorry where do they give just one spring roll that small as a serving. I am horrified. Fourth, the customer service was horrible. The second time we wanted to order something I saw cheese wontons and I thought I will try those. If they want me to go by just the names of the dishes I did order those thinking that it is cheese in a wonton. But it had crab in it. I got to know that after I had one and I was panicking because I have never had any kind of meat or seafood in my entire life before. I could have gotten sick or something. It was serious but the owner paid no attention to that. Oh my god, adding to my terrors, there was the owner arguing with me instead of apologising. She didn't apologise once or offer to not pay for the food until I said so. She was so rude and was almost yelling at us that she didn't know. Yes obviously she didn't know I was a vegetarian. BUT I WROTE IT IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION. THERE WAS NO OTHER PLACE TO WRITE IT. IF YOU WOULD MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO READ IT YOU WOULD KNOW. Fifth, they had no dessert options, other than a kiddie size strawberry ice cream cup which was melting. Sixth, it didn't look hygienic enough and my friends said the meat that was sitting out at the hibachi didn't look safe to eat either. The ambiance was super weird. The first 10 minutes we were so confused with what to do with the paper. I wish I had taken pictures of the paper and everything but we were terribly shocked and just wanted to leave from there. They ruined our meal. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT EVER. Please don't go. Never.

Yikes. This place does not deserve its 4 star rating. If you are expecting a buffet, find another restaurant, this isn't a buffet. It's only sushi and hibachi. They are really heavy handed on the spicy mayo, had to scrape some off to actually be able to taste anything besides mayo. It was like every sushi roll that had a sauce went for a swim. The cooked food was rough too. It's pretty hard to make shrimp both over and undercooked at the same time, but somehow, this place managed it, twice. Almost charcoal one side, almost uncooked on the other, same with the sausage. Not just 1 unlucky piece either, all of them. I even went back for a 2nd bowl to give them a chance at a do over, and the 2nd plate was just as bad. I think they just chucked it on the flat top and never flipped anything. No seasoning. The cheese wontons were cooked to death. They popped open in the fryer, leaked all the cheese out, and came to me as empty, greasy, hollow shells. The egg roll was super dark and greasy. Seems like it's been a while since the oil was changed. The fried rice was dry and bland. Chicken wings had potential, good flavored seasoning, but came out doused in uncooked cold teriyaki sauce and ruined any chance they had at greatness. The place is also quite run down. Booths and chairs needed to be replaced or refinished 5 years ago at least. As you walk in, there's a big pile of half ripped open cardboard boxes on tables with duck sauce and the typical Chinese take out items and plastic silverware. This isn't a date night kind of place. A Waffle House feels more upscale.I honestly think this place only survives because it's conveniently located near tons of hotels. I can't understand why it has so many high rated reviews. I guess if you're drunk and in a hotel room, anything tastes like 5 star food.It seemed to have a thriving stream of Uber eats drivers, which also explains the prominent placing of the grab and go items by the entrance. The waitress rubbed me the wrong way too. She asked "How was the food?" and I very politely told her "Not bad, I've had better. You might want to pass along to the cooks they need to flip things on the flat top." Then I showed her one of my two tone shrimps. Her reply? "Well, I think you must have enjoyed it, you even went back for another bowl." Like I said at the beginning, Yikes....

All you can eat sushi. hibachi, and appetizers for $19.99. Great price for great food. Everything is prepared fresh. I would never eat sushi off of a buffet that's been sitting all day but all of my sushi was prepared to order and it was delicious. Our server was also very friendly and did a great job explaining how everything worked since we were first timers. Definitely will return next time we're in the area.

The service was not attentive likely due to only having one waitress. The food was average. The low review is due to having a roach crawl up the wall in our booth.

Good food and great service from the waitress. Price is also good for what you get. Highly recommend!

Vegetarian options: The hibachi has tofu as well as a large vegetable selection. There are multiple vegetable only rolls. It's not extensive and not labeled, but very easy to eat vegetarian - you just have to be aware of what you need and not expect it to be labeled.Highly recommend the all you can eat hibachi as you can customize it yourself (I loaded up on tofu).Dietary restrictions: It's not extensive and not labeled, but very easy to eat vegetarian, pescetarian, diabetic friendly, keto friendly, etc. You just have to be aware of what you need and not expect it to be labeled.Highly recommend the all you can eat hibachi as you can customize it yourself (I loaded up on tofu and my dad loaded up on scallops).Wheelchair accessibility: The door does not have an automatic button, however inside there is plenty of space for mobility aids - wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers, etc.

Honestly one of the best value high quality Asian restaurants out there! I was really missing all you cat eat Mongolian bbq and didn't think one existed in Charleston until I found this place! Lots of great all your cat eat sushi and side items as well and a decent selection for the bbq. I only wish they had more diy sauce options. Nonetheless the sauce they do the bbq with is a amazing and it's easy to spice it up with their yummy chili oil. Much better cost value and variety than any of the other local hibachi places. Overall, great bang for your buck, food is great and meats are great quality, all you can eat, great middle tier dining experience (not overly fancy or anything but for the price, it's great). For a couple on a tight budget, this has become our new go to "fancy" meal out where we know we'll leave full and really happy about our food. I only wish it was closer to where we lived in Summerville!

The waitresses were very rude. Did not explain the system properly. Seemed upset with trying to explain. I will never go there again.

The first 2 times I went 10/10, then the dry rice, the waitress you have to stand behind her for drinks, sauce, etc. I don't think I'll go back ?
