Very disappointed. Hosts were cocky and rude. food was mediocre when this used to be the place to get a great meal. Manager was helpful and accommodating for our large group and our server was very good. Won't waste my time and money on this location again though.

I have been calling multiple times to speak to a manager about an application I put in and everytime I call , whoever answers puts me on a hold then comes back and always says “there isn’t a manager available”.

Service was TERRIBLE. All food was cold and undercooked! DO NOT EAT HERE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Took 20 minutes to even get a 2nd basket of rolls then another 10 to get drinks. Then another 25 for food then another 15 minutes just to get a refill on drinks. TERRIBLE. AWFUL. NO GOOD.

I wish I could give them no stars. I’m from out of town and was visiting family that live in Charleston. To begin the place was so hot there clearly wasn’t any air conditioning, my family and I was sweating the entire time. The worst part of it was the roaches. A roach walked across my table. And if that isn’t nasty enough for you, I found another one and photographed it. Let’s just say I will never return. I am disappointed and flat out appalled, we love Texas Roadhouse but this has been the worst experience.

We had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse, all thanks to our incredible server, Jojo! From the moment we sat down, Jojo was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She checked in on us regularly, made great recommendations, and ensured everything came out just right. You can tell Jojo genuinely cares about giving great service, and it shows. Service was horrible. I ordered my stake med rare, it was past well done. Had to ask for butter, silverware and the check. The salad used to be very good..this had lettuce, cherry tomatoes and nothing else. The bathroom was disgusting and the handicapped was out of order. We go to TX Roadhouse in Michigan, Colorado that were great. North Charleston SC was HORRIBLE!

I’m so disappointed at the service we had tonight. We go to Texas Roadhouse several times a month, but tonight’s experience was awful. Our server did not seem to care that we existed at all. Her name is Bri and every single piece of our order was incorrect. She brought the wrong drink to me, the salads were incorrect, and several entrees were wrong. She blamed the kitchen for all of this and barely showed up to our table. She said multiple times that she would be back with drinks and never came with them. I had to ask to have her remove my entree because it was incorrect and still came with tomatoes (which I’m severely allergic to). She did not remove it, we had to flag down a manager and have her remove it. The manager and our server did not seem to care at all about how poor our experience was and how much everything was messed up. We won’t be returning.
