We were in Charleston for work at the Clemson Research Center. This place was recommended by a coworker that visited often. It was promoted as real British fish and chips food. They only serve meat pies and fish and chips. That's it. GO. It's the best fish and chips I've had since visiting London. The World Famous is a full pound of fried COD. SSOOOO GOOOD!!!
I love this place with the fiery passion of 1000 suns. I don’t even live in Charleston but EVERY time I’m in town, It’s mandatory that I go to CODfather. My only wish is that the shop had more inside seating.
The fish is second to none...the tartar and vinegar just makes it a masterpiece....might I add the tartar is so good I dip my chips in it also...it taste home made probably the best I've ever had...the pies must be good because they're always sold out.. Service is always on point whether at the bar or counter...
