Loved my experience at Top Golf in N Charleston..Our bayhost Beck was absolutely an amazing young man & helped with our gameplay & gave the best food recommendations ever; I could live off the man n cheese bites; fried egg on my burger was brilliant… The only thing I would change on the experience is that Top Golf would add Stone Temple Pilots onto their music playlist while we enjoyed out playtime..

We booked a two hour slot at dinner time, and everyone showed up ready to eat, drink, and play some games. Shortly after arriving, we were told by management that our party of 10 was "too large" and that we couldn't all be at the bay, even though the couple in the bay next to us offered seating. Half of us had to go to the bar to sit and eat, but the manager had no issues with the screaming parties of 11 and 9 on the other side of us. I feel as though my friends were treated unfairly, and I'm not sure that we will be returning any time soon.

I had an amazing time at top golf. The lemon pepper chicken wings were excellent. The staff was so nice and professional. Chelsea was so attentive making sure that we had everything we needed. She was amazing and made my birthday special. Thanks again Chelsea. You are the best!!!

Great venue but there are a lot of operational improvements that could be made. We booked a two hour slot on a Tuesday night. Not sure if that's the norm/all you can do but we had 6 people and 2 hours goes very fast. There is a data input process that needs to take place to get players set up. That took about 15 min. We arrived early so unclear from an operational standpoint why there couldn't be kiosks downstairs for people to enter info before getting to the bay. We ended up getting totally rushed at the end bc of when food arrived and when we had to vacate the bay. A bad end to a fun night. There should be a cut off time given for ordering food. We ended up being told we had to leave and had to request boxes to take our food. Another operational reco - if people arrive early allow them to review menus and possibly even order initial drinks/appetizers so they're delivered just after arrival at the bay and leaving more time for main meal. We also had glitches where the computer wasn't accurately tracking/there was a lag with ball count and score. Staff was positive given some tough odds but we felt the manager was too junior to adequately address the feedback we provided him. Just received a cursory "I'm sorry about that". We own a restaurant and you want someone in charge who can make decision/amends when issues are brought up by customers.

It was busy but not slammed. My Wife and I waited for 45 minutes before a server even acknowledged us after several attempts to get her to come our way. Ask the bar if I could order there and get drinks he said "no, she'll be with you soon". The food was great and hour and a half after being there.

And was told it was a health code violation, this is top golf not a restaurant and then again restaurants even allow you to bring in homemade cakes…until that gets fixed, will not book birthday parties there again.

Made online reservation which was charged to card, arrived and said there was no reservation. Informed by receptionist that it’s been occurring to multiple people, and still were told we would have to wait 1.5 hours for a booth. We were informed if there would have been an email they could have tried to fit us in, but the charge was irrelevant. Just don’t want this to happen to anyone else with a big group!
