This place is horrible for service!! All the staff is standing around talking. My family and I went here to enjoy food, drinks and watch some football. We waited over 20 minutes and not one person in the place said a word to us. I’ll stick to ours in FL where we get good service.

First time here, great food and atmosphere. Our server, Rachael was personable and attentive. It was a bit of a wait, but only because of the special rate. I recommend scheduling ahead. The facility was neat and complete. The driving games showed a repeat of your hit which was helpful. We will definitely return, you should go check them out, yeah?

Topgolf is definitely a fun place to spend time, especially if you’re with friends or family. The games are engaging, the music and atmosphere are lively, and the overall experience of hitting golf balls while enjoying the view is really enjoyable. That said, the food left quite a bit to be desired. The portions felt small for the price, and the quality didn’t really match what you’d expect from a place with such premium pricing. While some items were decent, overall it felt like the focus is more on the entertainment experience than on providing good value for meals. Service was friendly, and the staff was attentive, but when it comes to dining, I expected a little more for what I paid. I’d still recommend Topgolf if you’re going primarily for the games and the social experience, but don’t come with high expectations for the food—it’s just not the highlight here.

Unfortunately, the Charleston Top Golf location has gone tremendously downhill. We've been here at least a couple of dozen times, sponsored corporate events, etc, and the service is awful.
If you order food and drinks, it takes a minimum of 45 minutes. Today, Aug. 16, we were in bay 107 from 3:30 to 5:30. After waiting almost 30 minutes, we had to track down our server to even put the order in. Once we placed the order, they took 33 minutes to arrive.
We were fans, but will look for other places that value their patrons.

I'm in the military, I set a reservation for several veterans to spend time together here. Something came up and half the guys had to cancel due to obligations. Tried calling to adjust the reservation, but they only option is to cancel and hope I can still get a bay for those of us who can make it.
