Such a great little place with awesome food and a great atmosphere! The people who work here are great at checking in and have good suggestions when you arent sure what to eat, and are friendly through and through. We have been a good few times now and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in some good food and good margaritas, especially with there happy hour from 4-8. The place is also great for parties, with a special guest coming out for certain drink orders or birthdays.

They are so cute. Since it’s Valentines, they made Valentines drinks, pink tortillas and pink salsa. Their food and service is always 10/10

THIS PLACE IS AWSOME! I came here to eat for my birthday and the food is amazing and the portions a huge and the prices are great! I would 100% recommend this place. The atmosphere is awsome the staff is super kind and good at their job. This place is so much better than anywhere else around to me. I will totally be coming back soon!

¡Lo Mejor!

Absolutely the best Mexican food I've had since moving to the East Coast. Everything was just amazing.

We started with the Guacamole Mexicano, and it slapped! The avocado was perfectly ripe, it was seasoned just right, and the lime juice tied everything together. We also tried the chicharrones which were crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside.

I had the tacos de calle with lengua, and they were delicious. The lengua was perfectly cooked, and the sauces they brought went great with it. They had three different sauces: tomatillo, (which was the most mild (it still had a decent kick to it though)), habañero (a bit spicier with a nice smokey finish) and jalapeño (the spiciest, but still very delicious). The tortillas were handmade, and very good. The dishes came with a side of rice and beans (also house made).

My boyfriend tried the quesabirria, and when it came out, I almost wanted to change my order. On their own, they were good, but dipping them in the included consommé just brought them to another level (the consommé went good with everything).

For dessert, we had the Churros DeGollado, which were filled with caramel and served with ice cream. A great way to end the meal.

It wasn't too busy when we came, but that's to be expected on a weekday afternoon.

We'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

Without doubt the best real Mexican restaurant in the Charleston area. Many dishes not available elsewhere. Salsa heaven, if you ask. What is not to like here?
