Just ordered for the first time. I ordered 2 bowls and a Quesadilla. The Quesadilla was pretty good. The bowls however were small for the prices and th acai bowl was totally melted by the time I got home....I live 5 minutes away. I did notice that when I got there, they were just finishing up the Quesadilla and the bowls ber both ready but literally sitting right next to the grill where they were cooking hot food. Tropical Cafe has nothing on Playabowl. Don't think I will be ordering here again.

I’ve been waiting here for about 30 minutes now with no acknowledgment of my presence. I understand being busy and trying to knock out orders but there was no greeting there was no we will be right with you absolutely nothing. All the online orders were being taken care of and not the people standing here in front of them. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m by far the most patient person when it comes to customer service because I know how it is to work with the public but there wasn’t even an apology for the wait. I’ve waited my whole break for one smoothie. Do better keep your customers informed.

Depends on who's making it, but most of the time it's kinda watered down.

Whoever was working on 7/30/25 At 9:45 am made the best damn smoothie and flat bread I ever had from there. That’s all

States that they open at 7 after sitting there a while at 7 I was told they wouldn't be open until 730 I drove to another nearby Tropical Smothie SAME situation upsetting since I drove out of my way to get there

I’ve been in twice and both times an item I ordered has not been rung up and I had to re-order, and the same thing happened to the girl who ordered after me. An easy fix would be to read the order back to the customer before proceeding to payment! Try it out folks! :)

This was my first time visiting a tropical smoothie cafe. I didn't order ahead of time. When I arrived there was not a wait for my order to be taken. I did ask for recommendations from the cashier for a smoothie. She recommended a few and I decided to try the sunrise sunset. The smoothie itself was delicious. I was able to drink all of it through the straw without anything getting clogged up. They also have a lot of options to add additional vitamins for a boost of energy. I would recommend this cafe for a quick bite to eat or drink. Most of the menu items are healthy.

We ordered through doordash once and got takeout once. We love Acai bowls and are picky. These are the good sorbet ones!!!

Absolutely love this location. I come here all the time and always leave happy and satisfied. The team here is incredibly hard working and kind even when there’s order after order coming through. This crew is much appreciated!

Compliments to the crew working today at 8:30 PM for keeping your composure under pressure from the dinner rush! They served every customer with a smile on their face and made sure all orders are completed correctly! 👍

Today I visited the Rivers Avenue location, where Mariah was extremely helpful and professional in rectifying a store card issue. She was extremely polite and sweet! Best experience I’ve had at any Tropical Smoothie Locations.

Great customer service they were very welcoming and polite went in there around 4:00 and I was greeted , got my food and smoothie very quickly definitely will be back soon thank you
