Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This was my first time visiting a tropical smoothie cafe. I didn't order ahead of time. When I arrived there was not a wait for my order to be taken. I did ask for recommendations from the cashier for a smoothie. She recommended a few and I decided to try the sunrise sunset. The smoothie itself was delicious. I was able to drink all of it through the straw without anything getting clogged up. They also have a lot of options to add additional vitamins for a boost of energy. I would recommend this cafe for a quick bite to eat or drink. Most of the menu items are healthy.

We ordered through doordash once and got takeout once. We love Acai bowls and are picky. These are the good sorbet ones!!!

Absolutely love this location. I come here all the time and always leave happy and satisfied. The team here is incredibly hard working and kind even when there’s order after order coming through. This crew is much appreciated!

Today I visited the Rivers Avenue location, where Mariah was extremely helpful and professional in rectifying a store card issue. She was extremely polite and sweet! Best experience I’ve had at any Tropical Smoothie Locations.

Great customer service they were very welcoming and polite went in there around 4:00 and I was greeted , got my food and smoothie very quickly definitely will be back soon thank you

Took 15 mins to order, NO HAIRNET ,NO GLOVES ON,HEADPHONES ON,NO SENSE OF URGENCY,AND CURSING INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Like please get it together.

This location shouldn't have been open. They were out of acai and peanut butter. This information was not discloseduntil you tried to order a smoothie or acai bowl. There were only chairs at the small tables (4), and they hadn't been cleaned off. There were no bar stools or chairs at the counter height tables.

Cashier was rude. When she made our smoothies she proceeded to drop the blender container on the floor and then pick it up and make our smoothies in it without even rinsing it off. She also short handed our smoothies so she could pour herself a little extra one. I am disgusted by the practices taking place at this tropical smoothie and will not be going back, which is a shame because I was a regular. This took place on January 4th at about 3:15pm…

The avocolada smoothie was everything I needed !! But service was very slow, and I think I heard the cook heavily sigh multiple times and was annoyed with his job lol - took a really long time for a smoothie and wrap - will definitely be back because the jerk chicken wrap was delicious and smoothie was perfect but service needs to be better !

Would the store manager please train your staff. No greeting, walked away twice as I was giving my order. Took over 30 min for two Smoothies! The associate made up 8 Smoothies let them sit on the counter walked away, then would run one at a time. Poorly managed, not clean and horrible customer service! Thanks but no thanks to this tropical smoothie location ever again!

I purchased a jetty punch today with my rewards at 2:31pm and I can tell that it hasn't been blended all the way cause I'm getting small pebbles of ice through my straw this is the second time this has happened and I'm very upset because I am addicted to the smoothies from here. Update I went in today around 1:45 got a peanut butter smoothie and it was perfect I ordered in store this time and it came out perfect

This girl literally stopped taking our order and answered the phone to take someone else’s order.. what kind of customer service is that? How rude. Usually a good experience but these KIDS in here giving TS a bad look. I’ll start coming during school hours. The girl that made our smoothies brought them from around the corner. I supposed she saw the rude service we were given. Definitely a sweet girl.
