I ordered my smoothie for lunch and it took over 30 mins to get with nobody else there . Ridiculous!!! Then I get attitude. No thank you

As we entered Tropical smoothie, we were the only customers. When we approached the register, we were totally ignored, while Courtney continued to complete a very lengthy text message. It was a long/uncomfortable silence as we waited. (Please check the camera 9/10/25 at 4:48pm) When we received our order, it was the skimpiest portion of toppings that I have ever seen! We also were not given any spoons for our acai bowls. No spoons were in sight, either. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The trolley rd location has a top tier staff! It's totally worth the drive across town.

I ordered through uber eats and was less than satisfied with my order. While uber eats offers the convenience of not having to leave your home, it has awful customer service. You have to jump through hoops to get a partial refund. I didn’t care for a refund in this instance, and just wanted my smoothie to be made right. I called and Trever answered and was very kind - said it would be no problem to remake it for me. I was prepared for attitude and to have to prove myself and was met with kindness. I was on edge from having a bad day. I appreciate Trever for his work and willingness to resolve this issue. He also gave us a card to redeem at our next visit. This is how any issue should be handled! Thank you 😁

Food quality has definitely declined at this location. I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap with a side of Maple Kissed Sweet Potatoes. Paid $2.50 to upgrade for the sweet potato side. Received a small bowl with 4 small pieces of sweet potato. Is that really $2.50, or is the restaurant trying to cut costs at the customers expense?? I’ll be ordering smoothies ONLY from here on out.

This is the worst tropical smoothie. They stay out of everything corn, feta cheese, bowels, and etc. This is a regular problem for the past year. Also the food isn't the best quality compared to other location. They need new management . The staff is pleasant but that's about it.

Ordered a chicken & cheese quesadilla. No chicken and the cheese is burnt to a crisp. Location on Dorchester Road, highly disappointed.

I’ve placed my order around 6:50 on the online app , said my order would be ready at 7:10 I get to the store and it’s not even opened even though hours of operation says 7AM- 9PM ON a Wednesday, I’m already late to work I only come to this location because it’s down the road from my house , from my kids daycare and also down the road from my job and yet nobody has been here to open the store as I’m typing this it’s currently 7:26Am still waiting . Really considering not coming to this spot anymore and also letting my friends and family here if you want a smoothie don’t go to the one on Dorchester Rd. Go to any other one except for that one.

This is the most unprofessional environment and staff that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only do they short change their food & smoothies but they also mistreat their MINOR workers by not paying them what they are owed & overworking them. Also, creating false narratives for situations that didn't even occur. The general manager, Jasmine Jarman, refused to call me after I had made her aware of a major discrepancy & had the audacity to scream at me over the phone. I will be reporting this establishment and her to the SC Dept of Labor.
