This is my second time coming to this location..i should have learned my lesson the first time when I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Currently stuck in the drive thru behind ONE car (for the entire time) and it has been about 45 minutes and I STILL haven’t ordered. Absolutely ridiculous how slow the service is here for mediocre food. Please do better, I can’t even leave because it’s a drive thru that traps you in…

I hate to write this but I come here all the time. Today the door were locked and they motioned to come through drive thru. Why? Plus, their bowls are mostly ice. Please do better so I can continue to be a customer!!!

This location is the definition of ghetto. Rude employees, unsanitary station, and slopped together product. No wonder this place doesn’t even have 3 stars. Hopefully corporate shuts this location down

I was the only one in the store and had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. There were four staff members including the manager there. The manager eventually made my drink after I complained once I saw him making another persons drink that came in after me.

Only had acai base available employee stated I would be able to get bowl with Nutella which I would also have to pay extra for even if I didn’t want it bowl was so frozen I sat it in the sun before I could eat it it wasn’t blended well had chunks of ice .drive through worker went to get water cup never came back. Several people pulled off ahead of me and I see why

Neither of the two workers acknowledged me for 3+ minutes. Their smoothies are mostly ice. Not only was my acai bowl small for $11 but the bottom was so frozen that even a metal spoon would have trouble breaking through. Very disappointing.

I’ve been to countless Tropical Cafe locations and this is by far the worst one that I’ve ever had. All 4 of my smoothies were disgusting and we had to throw them away. I wouldn’t this place recommend to my enemies.

Hands down best tropical smoothie I’ve been to. They were super nice and patient. I’m always the type to be indecisive and the manager Kat and Savana didn’t mind at all. Go see them!

My smoothie was sweet and smooth. I always get the tropi-colada which isn’t on the current menu. It’s an old school favorite. Very good!

Tropical smoothie should not do food, every time it has been horrible for one reason or another. It has been a while since I got food but decided to do their promo today. I got a ceasar salad with no chicken and no Parmesan crisps. The salad is supposed to come with both Parmesan crisps and shredded Parmesan cheese. I also ordered sun chips as the side. They didn't put the Parmesan cheese (salad was just lettuce and tomatoes), there were pieces of rotten lettuce in the salad, and they forgot the sun chips. -10/10.

Very rude employee and manager. I called to ask a few questions about the store and both employee and manager was very disrespectful. It was very unnecessary to have an attitude through the phone.
