From the time we walked in, there was no acknowledgment that we even entered the facility. Sat at the table, watched and waited for at least 10 minutes with nothing. No service, no hey, nothing.... worst Waffle House I've ever been too. Left and drove 3 miles down the road to the Waffle House near the air port, had wonderful service from the time we walked through the door.

Everything was awesome. The crew was amazing to watch In action, we sat down in Kianna's sectional she gave us over the top table service and never missed a beat with any customers. The customers just kept coming, but Aron and Jay held down the cook station like pros while Kianna, Kenzie, and Sara kept everything moving smoothly. Aron was very entertaining to watch and made us not want to leave. We really enjoyed our visit. Whatever chemistry this crew has needs to be duplicated in other WAFFLE Houses

Flow was the best! As a New Yorker Down south at her FIRST Waffle house EVER, it did not disappoint! From the juke box i got to play doo wop, to the waitress Flow’s exceptional service and ability to make me feel like home, everything especially the food was TOP notch!

Horrible. Waited 38 min for my order and it was totally wrong. The waitress verified as she was putting it in the bag and said hang on then I waited another 5 min and was still missing food. Ordered a pork chop and eggs and got no pork chops. Now I can't even call the store and have to go back if I want the ordered fixed.

I was there this morning around 5:08am when I drove up the cook was outside I did an on line order food wasn’t ready cook was outside cleaning he went inside to start my food didn’t wash his hands or wore gloves I ask the waiter to ask him to put on gloves she’s say he’s in a rush so that’s y he didn’t have any on I don’t care how big of a rush he was in I’m 5 months pregnant and don’t like nasty service so because he was in a rush I was serve dirty food very unexceptable. Will never return when they are working n I’ve done order and pick up food all wk from here if I knew the service was like this I would of never eaten here

Went in to place a order. The lady seemed to be angry before I even said anything. She asked if I wanted to order(duh), I said yes and she then turned and walked off continuing her work as if we never spoke. After all staff ignored me for about 5 minutes someone finally spoke to me. I gave my order and waited. When I got my food(OMG) they gave me a spoon full of charred black steak meat centered on 2 slices of bread. I wish I would have took a Pic of that slop. This waffle house needs new staff, ownership, and management. Better yet just burn it down.👎👎👎👎👎
