Grew up all my life with waffle House. Lots of family worked there long ago. Sadly to say they are only taking online orders except when we tried two different locations they can't accept online orders which makes no damn sense. What's the point of even being open

Attentive & friendly service, good breakfast, clean restaurant
5pm on a Sunday, coming in from Myrtle Beach to stay at Joint Base Charleston. Visiting from CA and it's a MUST to visit an iconic Waffle House. Smaller diner with me as only guest so was able to talk with staff for a bit. Southern hospitality was abundant and my dish was unique and tasty. Had breakfast for dinner. Waffle House is a personal favorite.

Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The food was gross- I barely ate any of it.

Womp womp. Our server went on break when we walked in. The cook was out smoking but came in when we pulled up (and 2 others) but he was idle with nobody to take orders.
The WH on Dorch is better, drive the extra 5 minutes.
