I have not been to a Waffle House in a long time ….But this location is run like a machine … When they have a little down time the kitchen staff cleans very clean and great food can’t wait to return to this location ….Thanks for the great food Happy Easter to all….

I visited this location around 6am and was greeted by a single staff member who was cleaning. She informed me that takeout was the only option, but when I received my food, I was told that utensils were unavailable, which I noticed was a recurring issue based on reviews. It seems like understaffing and underpayment are persistent problems. I suggest the staff have a roundtable discussion with management to address their concerns, as they are essential to keeping the location operational.

The waitress with the purple shirt that seemed to be the manager It did not care what past us 10 times did not ask us for coffee I had to beg her for coffee never gave us any service I had we ordered the food when she came to the table with the coffee I said I need to order immediately That's the only way we got our food It was the worst service I've ever had. She didn't care. When I paid her I didn't have any change and she said see I told you like she wasn't going to get a tip I walked back in and put $5 on the table and said this is an incentive for you to give better service she slung our food at us. Never came back to ask if we needed more coffee we had to beg her It was the most horrible service I've ever had. From any waffle House aviation off to i-26:(Parking: Parking was great food was very good The service was so lacking. Rude beg for service begged for more coffee did not get it: ( The best waffle House is college Park Road never an issue there Great service great waitresses but I live in North Charleston.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I always come here cuz the coffee's fresh. ? The food was really good the service lacked so much. Could not get coffee The food was slung to us like we're at a barn. I went back in as she said she told you like weren't living there tip. I walk back in purposely gave her $5 and said do better This is an incentive. Everyone else was dressed in black she had a purple shirt made very a manager I don't know. But it's definitely was lack of service ever saw. Love going here late nights due to less people dining, even faster service than they already have and the night shift crew is super awesome.Parking: Wheelchair accessible parking spaces and a ramp to aid in sidewalk access.
Jess was our waiter and was truly amazing. She was extremely accommodating and helpful when ordering. Food was amazing as usual and we all had a great time.

Waffle House 204 was a delightful place to be this Valentine's night..decorated with balloons and hearts, and welcomed by cheerful staff. I drank excellent coffee and ate a delicious bacon biscuit. I enjoyed conversation with the manager, staff, visitors, and - I believe - a very nice district manager. Thank you 204!!

The complete order was wrong waitress and cook was very rude.Their were several others that they complete orders were wrong as well. Then to be charged and have the waitress talk very rude to me. Very simple I want go back.This is where I eat breakfast every morning before work. Do better Waffle House with hiring your staff.
