Service was HORRIBLE! I saw people come in after me getting there food before me. I waited 40min to be told my ticket was lost which is unacceptable! The district manager did nothing to accommodate me or try to speed up my order before I asked for a refund.
As coming into waffle no one said “hello welcome in “ and we saw two table that need to be clean and the employees were just sitting there acting like none we set and waited 30 min to get the table clean and all it was a horrible experience 02/17/2025

I order a waffle and they gave me someone's food that had a half ate waffle wit a half ate steak sandwich an I don't even eat red meat an they have me some dry ass hashbrown Night shift that work on Thursday night too early Friday on 12/12/2024 worst service ever I don't not recommend going to this waffle house
