Waffle House

Went there to pick up an order these two women proceeded to be rude to me when I asked how long it might take. I waited there for about 15 minutes they were dismissive of me however waiting on other customers that came there after I did.

Uber Eats Order - T-bone steak and All-Star Breakfast.
The T-bone was inedible, for me anyway. My dogs enjoyed it. A thin piece of overcooked and tough meat. My blueberry waffle that I was craving....thin, yet dense and gummy. How? I don't know. The rest of the order was great. Eggs cooked perfectly, hashbrowns delish, exquisitly grilled biscuit. I'm sure that it's not the cooks fault that meat is poor quality. Waffle House, do better! This was a $30 breakfast order for one person. Sad.

Wanted the quintessential Waffle House at 3 AM only to find out they were only open for delivery.......... such a disappointment

Got a good offer on DoorDash for an early morning pickup. Pulled into waffle House and there was nobody else there. As you pulled into the parking lot you can see the workers turn around and go start making orders again. No big deal. It was funny because suddenly all of them were busy not looking anywhere else but towards the outside. The one guy on the grill did his job and was cooking the food, well I don't know what everybody else was doing but they were there. And somehow it still took over 20 minutes to get the order that I was there to pick up. Now I know Waffle House's can turn on some food, Even during busy hours, so this was just pitiful and almost laughable if it wasn't trying to get someone their food. Like seriously you guys went to delivery only and still embarrassing

They never put lettuce tomatoes and pickles on my burger whenever I order through doordash. NEVER!!!!!! It's annoying

Ordered chicken sausage, raisin toast, scrambled eggs.

Cleanliness should be a primary focus. While the service was quick and efficient, the restaurant felt dumpy and outdated. The floors and seating areas could use a deep clean, and the overall decor seems worn and neglected. A refreshed interior and better upkeep would go a long way in improving the dining experience.

Used to be 24hrs dining. Now at some locations you can’t sit in anymore at certain times. At this particular location, it’s 3:10am currently, they’re only accepting DoorDash orders..? AKA you can’t walk up and place an order. The online ordering doesn’t even give you all the options so sometimes you have to come in and place it.

I've done everything possible to avoid this waffle house. Of course the 1 single time I give it a chance it doesn't go well. First off, why delivery only? Pandemic ended years ago, get back with the times. Second, you actually CAN do an Uber Eats pick up, which I did.

I was notified that my food was Ready for Pickup about 10 minutes after I placed the order, I arrive and wait 10 more minutes. There are 4 people working there. 1 person was cooking, 1 person was moving at half speed packing the orders, literally I've seen 90 year-olds move faster than that employee. Person #3 chewed gum and watched the cook do his job and contributed nothing else. Person 4 showed his face 1 time (didn't actually do any work during that time) and then went.....wherever.

After all that time and with only 1 person actually doing their job, my order was wrong. Chocolate chips on what was supposed to be a plain waffle, and country gravy missing from my grits bowl- I only ever get a grits bowl with country gravy because their grits are so dry, it's not good any other way.

So please give the cook a raise, and probably just save some money and fire every one else on that shift because they didn't help at all. Maybe if all 4 people were actually working, orders would come out faster and be accurate.

I recently had an uncomfortable experience at Waffle House. While I was taking a picture of my customer's order to confirm it, black dude at the window was staring intensely at me. I felt like my personal space was invaded tbh. Like damn, stare at traffic or something. This kind of behavior is really rude and weird. It made me feel quite uncomfortable and violated. That particular Employee should be more aware of personal boundaries to ensure customers have a positive experience.

Never seen a waffle house say for doodash only couldn't sit down and eat.
