My grits was GOD AWFUL cold. I ordered to go around 1am and it took 25 min for an all star. Wasn’t too busy. Had 2 orders b4 me. The employees was cool. But my grits???? Yeah im still mad about that. Lumped and Cold.

Placed an order with one person ahead of me that took 11 minutes just to order. Night cook informed us she was a quality chef then proceeded to take 45 minutes just to cook our food. This place is beyond slow.

Katie the server was PHENOMENAL!!!! Legit love her!! Hope to see her again!! Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality! Got the hash brown bowl with extra cheese and it was out within minutes! Will be coming back to this waffle house again!

Worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. We took an Uber to the Waffle House after a concert last night, excited for some late night waffles! The exact moment we walked up to the door (at 11:30pm at the 24hr restaurant) a male employee walked up to the door and dropped a metal shelf right in front of the door so we couldn’t enter. It was so blatantly rude we were shocked. We weren’t rude, loud, drunk, or anything that should have made them not want us to enter. We never even got the chance. Eventually a woman came to the to-go window and told us that we could only order to-go. Window service only. Dining room closed. There were multiple customers at the counter eating, several at a table, and a customer trying to exit (he also got stuck at the metal shelf blocking the door). I’ve never experienced a Waffle House or any other restaurant functioning in this manner. I live 5 minutes down the road and will never return. If I need waffles I’ll just drive to the Waffle House in Mt Pleasant or West Ashley. From reading through the reviews there are multiple customers who also experienced the door being blocked off despite other customers and plenty of staff being inside.
