Horrible service nasty attitudes they act as if they are doing you a favor by patronizing there store. We the people keep that place open, somehow they for and need to learn use another station. Shut them down

Rude people that don't care about you and yours. The last trip I made there was utterly ridiculous and even after I contacted the district manager, he didn't seem interested at all in my complaint and failed to call me back. SMH! My point is the problems are systemic and obviously start at the top and roll down to the restaurant. How can you expect the employees to be anything other than rude and have attitude when the district manager himself doesn't care?

To many servers. They run over each other. They need to take the orders then have one person call out the orders. FL has their restaurants very organized that way.

Just came in to place a to go order. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all stood at the register for 15 minutes watching multiple servers look at me in my face without saying anything. Not even I’ll be with you in one moment. Stood for another five minutes before I just got annoyed and walked out .

When ya come from the North ya gotta get Waffle House at least once per trip.
The lights went out at home because of the hurricane. We decided to go to the waffle house for breakfast. I have a 6 month old Chihuahua who was terrified of the rain and wind blowing and the tree limbs falling on the roof so I took him with me. The manager let me bring him in and he sat quietly at the table and enjoyed the attention lavished upon him. Heather was our server. What a great person she is. Wonderful personality and great server. Can't say enough about how thankful I am to the staff. Thank you all at N. RHETT waffle house.

It's a Waffle House! But this is my #1 WH. The staff is great, the food is delicious, and it's a WH! I recommend the biscuit and gravy with 2 over medium eggs on top, all covered with gravy!
